The place was easy to get to and there is plenty of parking as well. When I walked inside, it was literally the cutest shop I have ever seen. Very modern and clean. I met with Danielle to get started and she was very nice to work with. She cared about what I liked and don't like when it came to my eyebrows. The process took about an hour and I felt very relaxed the whole time. My eyebrows came out absolutely beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. This costed me about $150 but with tip about $180 out the door, which is so worth it to have amazing brows! I will definitely be back. There are also plenty of other services available if you are looking to do lashes, etc.

I originally booked my brow appointment for July 4th. I agreedeven though the change was initiated by the business. Then the day before my rescheduled appointment, they messaged saying my brow artist had a family emergency and that I would be seeing a different artist instead. I didn't see the message until the following morning and therefore never confirmed the change. At that point my appointment had already been changed once because the salon was closing on the original date and now the artist was changing again. Rather than proceed with an appointment that had changed multiple times due to circumstances outside of my control, I decided to cancel. I understand the salon's response will likely be that my appointment date and time remained the same, that they notified me of the artist change and that I canceled within their same day cancellation window. They also explained that their policy allows for a 100% same day cancellation fee and that they only charged me 50% as a courtesy. I don't dispute that they have a cancellation policy. My issue is with how it was applied in this situation. This wasn't a typical last minute cancellation where everything remained as originally booked. The business had already rescheduled my appointment once because they were closing and then changed my artist less than 24 hours before the appointment. I never confirmed that I was comfortable with that change before being charged. Emergencies happen and I don't fault my original brow artist for having a family emergency. My disappointment is with the decision to enforce a cancellation fee despite the multiple changes initiated by the business. In my opinion greater flexibility would have been the fairer approach. I disputed the charge with my bank and chose not to rebook. While I can't speak to the quality of their brow services, I can only review my own experience as a customer and unfortunately it left me disappointed with how the situation was handled.

They were completely non-understanding and insisted on charging me the full price of the appointment. They showed absolutely no willingness to compromise for what was going on in my schedule, and just made it all about getting their $$$. Will never be booking with this place again! Also - a word of caution about all the 5* reviews - after my first appointment I was offered a discount on my next booking if I left a 5* review and specifically mentioned the brow tech by name. That's obviously a lot of what's going on here....

They had hand sanitizer and aesthetician wore a mask. My experience was wonderful and my face feels great. I spoke to her about eyelash extensions for my daughter and called for an appointment for her today. It does take a few calls to get an appointment, all considering right now, I don't mind. I let them grow and while I did that I did some heavy research for THEE eyebrow person I needed in my life. After googling and of course yelping I came across this place. The reviews were nothing but good stuff so I just had to go see for myself! I knew after calling and speaking to Tiny on the phone that I made the right choice. She's super sweet and helpful. When I actually walked in I immediately felt warm & welcomed. She could already tell my eyebrows hadn't been receiving the proper care and needed some TLC and she absolutely delivered. She was determined to get me the shape I needed and gave me pointers on how to help them grow and stay full. Her place was super clean. She took my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer before starting. In addition to her mask, she also put on goggles, A cover over her clothes and she wore gloves. Before I even left the salon, I asked the technician if they were supposed to look like that because I knew something wasn't right. She told me it was because I "didn't have a lot of eyebrow hair." That explanation didn't make sense to me because eyebrow tint is specifically meant to help define brows, especially for people with sparse hair. I've had my eyebrows tinted several times before at other places, and they've always looked great. I even sent pictures to friends of mine who are licensed aestheticians, and they all agreed that the work was poorly done. While I do appreciate that they refunded my money, the technician was very rude and had a nasty attitude when I expressed my concerns. As a Black woman, I also didn't feel welcomed or respected during my visit. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend this place to other Black women. I felt like I was treated differently, and that's not an experience anyone should have when paying for a service.
