In terms of dentistry, both my visits have been top tier. With my first appointment I was more than impressed with my dental hygienist's skills and "bed-side" manner. She was super gentle yet thorough, expertly communicative, and genuinely very sweet. In my most recent visit, they got all 3 of my cavities taken care of and filled in an hour and a half. They made sure I was numb and comfortable, even calmed me down when the needles showed up, and Dr. Blystone walked me through everything step by step. I usually get a bit nervous about dental work, but Tooth Cafe is helping me get past that, all thanks to Dr. Blystone and her amazing team. She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. Very rude and unprofessional by her staff and by herself. I wish I could star her in minus 5

A office staff came in with a breakdown of the procedures and costs. She gave me the total and my payment options. The expense was a little more than I expected but it was an emergency so I guess it will all be worth it in the long run. The dentist was so rough with me it caused extra pain, was frustrated with me because i wasnt numbing easily . Sent me home & said he cant help. I got the tooth removed same day from my regular dentist which lets me know he wasn't numbing me correctly and should go back to school . Be really careful - they will tell you something isn't covered by insurance and that you have to private pay. I had this happen twice but I insisted Elite run the claim through insurance, and my insurance DID pay and wrote off a lot of what Elite made me pay. In fact, Elite refused to refund the excess of what I had paid them the first time this happened to me. Dr. Music personally told me he would never make any money if he could only get what insurance paid.

During one visit, they removed a silver filling and did a dental cleaning all in the same appointment. While I was still numb from the filling, the dental assistant accidentally hit my veneer with the suction tool. I immediately said out loud, "Man, it felt like my tooth broke." They brushed it off and finished the procedure. Then I was taken to the hygienist down the hall. She was extremely rough, even after I told her my teeth were hurting and I was still numb. The next day, I noticed two of my veneers were chipped--veneers I had just recently paid to have done. I called the office right away and was scheduled to come back the following week. But the dentist I saw wasn't the owner and couldn't make any decisions. Instead of accountability, he tried to place the blame on something I ate. No real assessment, no responsibility, no solution. The way this situation was handled was both incompetent and unethical. I was dismissed and made to feel like my concerns didn't matter. When a patient speaks up in real-time and follows up respectfully, there should be some level of care and ownership--especially in a cosmetic practice. Instead, I was met with denial and deflection. If you value your smile and expect professional care, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
