They are helpful they load your lumber they have had everything I needed and the prices are actually cheaper than the box stores. I also don't have to put up with crazy parking crowds. For now on this will be my first stop, and I like supporting small business.

It took talking to 4 different people in the office to take my payment. I was given 2 different…read morequote numbers, then two different invoice numbers, then the amount withdrawn from my bank account didn't match either. I called to see why I was charged more than expected, they didn't know but would look into it and call me back. They did not call back. 3 days later I called again. In the end, I paid the higher price. I'm sure I was charged the correct amount, but their customer service skills are definitely lacking.

Not only he replaced one of my cracked solar panels (the system has a total of 50 panels) and replaced a couple of bad inverters but he also got my system updated with a new unit called an envoy so I can pinpoint a malfunction unit by looking at an array display on my Enphase app on-line. The best thing of all is his charges are very reasonable! I will definitely call him again!
