She said she only had called in the gel. I'd have to see the Dr. if I wanted the Amoxicillin. I asked if she'd look in my chart and see I'd had the exact same issue before. She just kept saying "No" I'd have to see the Dr. I reminded her I'd had this before and asked her again to check my chart to verify it. Another "No."

Again another circle. called East Flagstaff Family medicine to get the referral , after waiting on hold listening to everyone's resume I got through. When I finally got the receptionist that put me on hold for ever, just to come back to tell me we needed to go to the ER. For a referral really???? I'm done with them I love Sarah Reeves, but, It's hell to get to even talk to her. I will never refer this office to anyone. If you sick just go to the ER, apparently that' the only place that can help you and not even then.
