Just returned from Ballenger Auto Body & Repair after they had completed rust removal/repair on…read moreboth the body and bed of our 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty Quad Cab. The work that was completed was both meticulously thorough and highly professional. Completed work included, but was not limited to, 1) Removal of a severely rusted driver side front door sill/pan. Edwin exceeded our expectation by ultimately cutting out the sill/pan for both the front and rear doors and welding in a perfectly fitting replacement! Additionally he sanded and painted the bottom edges of all four doors so both sides now look like new. He also removed our bed to skillfully repair/ replace a severely rusted cab corner and to remove/treat areas that had surface rust with an appropriate undercoating. While the bed was off the truck he also replaced the rusted bed supports and even replaced the rust damaged spare-tire lift gear. And that's not all.....when I dropped our truck off my wife had followed me in our 2009 Subaru Forester and during the one hour trip her Check Engine light had came on. I mentioned it to Edwin and within minutes he diagnosed the problem and successfully repaired it. The entire experience was above and beyond! Thank you Edwin.....

Here's what happened, this place picked up my car from flying J in Franklin KY. ( were I parked they called it abandoned ). Well I was in 3 days after it was taken to there lot. Well upset as most people would be about unexpected bills and no way to know how much they are I was not pleasant on the phone and they weren't helpful either not knowing how long they had it. After I found a ride to there shop I called back to say I was on my way to get my truck and he said he didn't have to come in until Monday because that's when the office opens again. Of coarse that meant there would be 2 more days storage fees. His hours on here are 24 as you can clearly see. The Portland police even said they can't help and make them come in so I can recover my property either ( taken without my permission I might add ). After learning how railroaded I was, I called back and said are you coming or not, and he said he would be there in 45 minutes ( and said nothing of fees for opening on Saturday over the phone, whats worse 2 more days storage fees or your fee for opening on the weekend stupid ). Well about an 75 to 90 minutes later and 45 minutes to an hour of waiting in there parking lot ( I was 15 minutes early , i wish i could have charged him detention for being late ) they showed up, in 3 classic cars like they had been out at a car show and I can just wait, screw the customer ( unfortunately I had to pay to get my car so now I'm am the customer right ). He wouldn't even cut me any slack on storage fee's either, I asked about moral compasses and he said I must be talking about flying J, and I said you don't have to charge me all your fee's, to which he arrogantly said he stored it for me, to which I said I didn't ask you to and that sure put a sock in his ignorant mouth!
