However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the dealer's detailing left noticeable swirl marks across the body, particularly on the hood--a common issue with black vehicles due to their propensity for showing imperfections. Over the following year, I also observed several small rock chips on the hood, as well as some minor road rash on the limited-edition wheels. Obviously, it wasn't' practical to return to the original dealer, so I searched for a reputable local detailer. I identified Rally Motors in Monmouth Junction, NJ, as a standout option. Their reviews were outstanding and since their business advertised wheel re-surfacing as well, it was an easy decision to check them out. I met John, the owner, who distinguished himself by offering straightforward, honest advice without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. Although his services were not the least expensive among those I considered, his exceptional reviews and hands-on business approach inspired confidence. When I explained what needed to be done, he took the time to set clear expectations. He and I agreed that if the wheels couldn't be done as an exact match that he would not proceed. As a matter of fact, that was HIS insistence (not mine) right from the beginning. Well, after several attempts to match the originals, John called me to let me know that he would not recommend moving forward because it did not meet HIS expectations! How's that for integrity? Well... I'm here to tell you that John and his team clearly value their customers. He felt so bad about not being able to deliver on the wheels that I found myself consoling him! Candidly, I was grateful that he was that honest instead of just "doing it" and hoping it was "good enough". John is truly a stand-up guy who delivers on his promises. The work to touch-up the hood was well done, completed on time, and HE insisted that I receive a substantial discount since he felt so bad about the wheels. I HIGHLY recommend Rally Motors for anyone considering automotive detailing, regardless of your vehicle's age or condition. John demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and integrity throughout the process, delivering outstanding service and results. Thank God for Bobby's Towing!…read more Due to an alternator gone bad, I found myself stuck on the side of I-4 in Port Orange Florida. Without even the ability to have flashers work on my car (due to no electrical) and an hour of phone calls with AAA to finally have them say; "we can't provide service for you tonight, you will have to wait until tomorrow morning..." I was scared and frustrated. One call to Bobby's and they had a true patriot at the scene. Ricky was not only experienced and knowledgeable but also a veteran who has served our country and it showed. I think he knew how nervous I was about being on the side of a busy highway at night without flashers and it being pitch black with cars whizzing by at 80 miles an hour. With all that said he was calm and professional. There weren't scare tactics, guilt trips of it being late on a Friday night or bad-mouthing of "other companies". None of it. Recently someone's shopping cart hit my wife's new car and left a couple of scratch marks at the…read moresupermarket. Lesson learned, always park far away if you care about your car! I was wise enough to use yelp to find a good autobody shop. Gino's was awesome. They were honest and told us the scratch was actually just a scuff that didn't penetrate the clear coat and could be rubbed off. They let us bring the car in only a few days after the accident happened. The underlying dent could be repaired by popping it back out from the inside of the panel. This was very cost efficient way to fix it and I saved a bundle vs the expensive option B they gave me - remove the car door and do paint work. They were cool enough to say let's play it by ear - if cheaper option doesn't give a good result, we can take the price of it off the expensive paint work option B. We ended up paying around $250 for the job and avoided needing the expensive option. We were also lucky that the guy who hit my wife's car was honest and upstanding enough to pay for the damage he caused. Things worked out as best as they could have.

They took forever to tow it to the repair shop I requested. Absolutely destroyed my bumper when towing it into their truck and denying responsibility. Said my bumper was "already hanging by a thread". I was in an accident months prior and driven my car all over with my bumper still in place and magically after getting it towed , it's all jacked up. Disgusting company. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE!!!!

The police had called the towing company before I had a chance to call AAA. Driver comes....tells me the charge would be $50 for the pull and $115 to tow the car. We were 2 miles from home. The company is from the same town. After the car is pulled from the ditch, the cop said it is fine and we can drive it home. I offer to pay the driver, DEE (a rude man), just $50. He says we have to pay the whole $165!!! He changes his story!! Says it's $115 for him to just come out!! Says that is what it is!! Dirty shameless liar!! Rude. Stay away from them!!
