When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the total was over $300 because my car uses a newer refrigerant. I understand that certain vehicles cost more to service, and I don't necessarily have an issue with the final price itself. My concern is that no one asked what type of vehicle I had when giving the quote, so I wasn't informed upfront that the actual cost would be significantly higher. To be fair, the staff explained the reason immediately when I asked, the AC is now working, and they added dye/checks for potential leaks. Mechanically, everything seems fine so far. I just think the communication and pricing transparency could be improved so customers know what to expect before authorizing service. I will be returning for future services, but will be sure to get accurate quotes upfront.

One thought it may be an electrical issue and if it was, Tom at Electro-Tech is the expert on electrical problems. Tom found the problem - circuit from the car radio and amp was continuously drawing power from the battery and emptying it. Fixed the problem.
