Great place to go to repair any car as have been there several times and exceptional service

Recently someone's shopping cart hit my wife's new car and left a couple of scratch marks at the supermarket. Lesson learned, always park far away if you care about your car! I was wise enough to use yelp to find a good autobody shop. Gino's was awesome. They were honest and told us the scratch was actually just a scuff that didn't penetrate the clear coat and could be rubbed off. They let us bring the car in only a few days after the accident happened. The underlying dent could be repaired by popping it back out from the inside of the panel. This was very cost efficient way to fix it and I saved a bundle vs the expensive option B they gave me - remove the car door and do paint work. They were cool enough to say let's play it by ear - if cheaper option doesn't give a good result, we can take the price of it off the expensive paint work option B. We ended up paying around $250 for the job and avoided needing the expensive option. We were also lucky that the guy who hit my wife's car was honest and upstanding enough to pay for the damage he caused. Things worked out as best as they could have. read more

Had a fender bender that required getting my bumper, front driver side light and some paint fixed on my RAV4. Gino's not only quoted us significantly less than other auto shops in the area, they fixed the car in less than 24 hours after drop off and made my car look as good as new! I had a small issue where my taillights weren't working after the repair and they had me come back in right away to replace the fuse. Excellent service, highly recommend! read more

I went to Gino's for a repair on my front left bumper. They gave me an estimate right away, that was reasonable and told me about how long it will take to repair the car. I had other estimates but theirs was the lowest. I had also checked the Better Business Bureau to see if there are any complaints. No complaints and now I know why - I got my car back and it actually looked better than the day I bought it. The paint matched and the digs and scratches were gone. I needed a bumper replacement. I recommend this business for 2 reasons. 1.) They do good work in a timely fashion at fair prices. 2.) It is easy to communicate with them. I had contacted another shop first. I had to make a pre-appointment to get an estimate. "Can I make the appointment for the pre-appointment with you?" "No, the person who does estimates isn't here and we can't make appointments for them." "How long will you need to keep my car?" "3 days." None of that with Gino's. No bureaucratic rigamarole. I was told that they would detail my car, paint the driver's side and front clip of the car and fix all the dents. They put bondo on the car and put a clear coat over. The work is so horribly done. There was no prep work done whatsoever. There is dust particles and hair trapped beneath the clear coat throughout the car. There are literally are parts painted inside the engine. You couldn't even put the emblems back correctly. These people keep deleting This review . read more

I'd highly recommend Gino's for your auto body needs. In early March this year, I got into a small fender bender which damaged my front bumper and grille. I went in, as I always do with auto repairs, expecting a hefty bill. However, Gino's was very reasonable and gave me two price options: price option A being perfectly fixed with OEM parts (which would cost a couple grand), or option B, which was a good but not PERFECTLY new fix, for $400. Since I plan on owning my car for the long haul I wasn't concerned about it being perfect and chose option B. Let me tell you, it looks pretty much just as good as new, and I am shocked at how great it looks for such a low price. Gino's was also friendly, professional, and prompt during the whole process. Hopefully I don't need body work done again, but if I do, I know where I'm headed. read more

My Honda Civics Shield was dragging down and some water was leaking on the way back home from NJ to NY. Despite having quite a full lot, it took them 2 minutes to find someone to help me. Customer service was amazing the mechanic was very friendly and answered all my questions. I didn't end up needing a repair and he even helped me strap my shield back on for free. Fifteen reviews and a total of Five Stars...... Why does this not surprise me??!! I spent most of my adult working life in the auto parts world. A lot of that time was at new car dealerships. So I know full well how the general public feels about the overwhelming odds of feeling "cheated" when you get your car repaired. I had a minor scrape on my front bumper and it was gouged into the plastic in several areas. I called around and emailed / texted pics of the damage to a hand full of body shops and mobile auto paint specialists, and resoundingly was treated unprofessionally and felt like the people on the other end were truly disinterested in helping me. So amazing that these folks in business to make money, fail to remember that MY phone call or email means MONEY! I was recommended to Gino's Auto Body by my service advisor at Princeton VW. I am getting ready to turn in my car at lease end, and wanted it repaired to about 90%, to pass final inspection. The prices I did in fact get from some of these shops was off the charts hideous! I told Rich of my expectations and that I wanted the car repaired as best he could without body part replacement and keeping away from Carfax. He "got it" immediately and totally understood my request. Never for even a split second tried to up sell me, or change my mind. TOTAL RESPECT!! This guy is a class act, and I will tell everyone I know about his business!! The repair took only an hour or so, and exceeded my expectations. Lastly, and perhaps most important.....I paid him in cash, and tried to make him take more money than my total bill...and he would not take it. This speaks volumes IMO, and tells you all about his character!! Though I really wanted him to take the extra dough, feeling they deserved it. I highly recommend Gino's. The neighbor who parks in next parking space (unfortunately) lightly scraped driver's side rear fender. No body denting damage. Just painting and minor repair (no replacement of parts needed). Got 2 estimates, first Gino's, then the other. Went with Gino's. Delivered car as scheduled in the morning. Got it back two days later in afternoon, the main factor being "wait" time for paint drying. Went very smoothly. Very satisfied with service and work; Mostly in contact with Rich M. who was very professional and friendly. Btw, Gino's estimate was over $1,000 less than the other. On reviewing the other estimate, difference seemed mainly in terms of "nickel+diming" the customer and seemed to add many little things that didn't really need doing. #1 lesson: Always get a second opinion! #2 : Trust your gut, if you don't already.... #3 : Think positively, and keep learning to trust the Integrity of the Universe!!! read more

From start to finish, my attempt to do business with this company was a debacle. The email form on their website simply does not work -- after multiple attempts to contact them online I called them, only to have the woman on the other end dismissively tell me that they "have problems with it due to Verizon". If you KNOW that a key feature of your website doesn't work, FIX IT or DISABLE IT -- don't leave prospective customers in limbo for weeks on end! And then to basically shrug it off like I should have known their digital communications were broken was absurd. This company needs to modernize, badly -- hire a web admin, or at least contract with a reputable freelancer who can make they key components of your website work. If the issue is your Verizoin email account, GET A NEW EMAIL FOR THE ONLINE FORM! This is not rocket science! The icing on the cake is that they'll only take a vehicle in for a quote during the same days / hours when the vast majority of people are at work. I know this is the year of COVID, but not everyone is working from home... or is working from home ANY LONGER. If they'd had their act together and responded to my initial inquiries we might've been able to work something out, but as it is I will never know if the five-star reviews about the work they do ring true. Too much incompetence and disdain for customers to even get me in the door. Gino's Auto Body needs to wake up and smell the modernity if they want to stay in business! read more

I had a very good experience with Gino's about 6 years ago and that's why I came back recently. This time, not only did they do a fine job, they showed why they are just great people to do business with. My Sienna is a specialized vehicle that accommodates my wife and her power wheelchair. The job was scheduled for the whole week. Spoke to them on day three and they said it will be ready in an hour. I asked why and they said they recognized the hardship of not having the vehicle and expedited the work. I never prompted or had a discussion about life without the van. They just knew. A few of weeks ago, I scraped a concrete barrier at a gas station. It happened to hit right at the intersection of three body panels, putting a deep dent in one of them and deeply scratching two others. Rich at Gino gave me a quick, detailed written estimate based on photos that I emailed him. Several other places wouldn't do that at all, and none did it as carefully. His estimate was also the lowest, and he was patient and lightning-fast with answering my questions. How fast could it get turned around? Would it get worse if I waited? Could I skip two of the panels and just do the worst one? When I finally brought the car, they did the work quickly and right on schedule. I had chosen to fix just one panel, and I was delighted to see that they had buffed the other ones at no charge, to the point where you actually couldn't see the damage unless you were looking for it. When I got home, I noticed that there was a little applicator filled with touch-up paint, neatly wrapped in cellophane, sitting in my cupholder for the next time I did something stupid. And if that touch-up paint isn't enough, you bet I'm calling Gino's first thing. read more

The team here is amazing--i opted for Gino's based on other Yelp reviews, and the quote they provided for some mild/moderate body damage was the lowest in the area. The work was done well, they had after hours drop off for me to leave the car the night before AND the topped of all the tires w air (I'm not driving much, the weather is colder, so they were all a bit low) and re-aligned à trunk latch without charge after I noticed the trunk wasn't closing well on my drive over there. I stopped by the place two days ago on my way home to fix a dent on my front bumper. Gino's place has excellent reviews both on yelp and google. So I decided to give it a try. I was not looking for a perfect fix but I would like the shape to match the style and didn't stand out from distance. The staff checked my car quickly and told me it would cost less than $30 in half an hour if that was all I want. However, when the car was done, he just let me go and said wouldn't charge me. I insisted to pay, but the staff said it was ok, it didn't cost too much time. So now I have my car looks good without a penny. I spend time to leave this review because I want to do something for them in return. This will definitely become my to go place when I need a bigger project done on my car. read more

My family has exclusively used Gino's for all non-mechanical auto repairs for over 15 years (and including mechanical as part of 2 extensive collision repairs). They're a family owned and operated business. The brothers who started Gino's many decades ago oversee the workshop while their sons (who are cousins) run the front office. Their operation is top quality in communication and managing expectations. They always do the work exactly as promised, contact if there's a delay from parts supply, or uncovered a complication. Rich, the primary adjuster, always works with his customers to find the scope of work appropriate to the vehicle and budget. My parents, who are not car people, have been 100% loyal to Gino's because they've always felt very well advised of their options by Rich and never slightly pressured in any direction. He only charged $50 to take out some small scratches and little dents. I was blown away. The guys are humble and my family has bringing cars here for the last 20+ years. I am pleased but somewhat surprised by the great reviews here. Perhaps they have improved? I took my Lexus there for repairs when it was hit between the two doors. The work was sub-par and I had to return twice for remediation. You could see the filler and where the paint didn't quite match. I will say their price was the lowest but I would hesitate to return. read more
