We've had several projects completed by Wall Landscaping Services including a new backyard patio…read moreand walkway, full drainage system, shrub removal, river rock installation, and Spring cleanup. They also hand-dug a 6-foot long by 4-foot wide by 6-foot deep hole in the front lawn to locate the waste/sewer pipe leading to the street in order for the town's Sewer department to repair the faulty pipe. Once the pipe repair was completed by the town's Sewer Department, Tommy and his team returned to our home and carefully back-filled the hole with the dirt they removed. Each project was top-notch. Tommy and his team of qualified, trained professional landscapers arrived on time, were very efficient, thorough, careful, and friendly. Since everything was exactly planned out and explained during the initial estimate, there were no surprises or hidden fees along the way. He then proceeded to ignore phone calls and texts (we were concerned when he just stopped showing up) and when I called from a different number he picked up and nonchalantly stated he quit because we didn't contract him for the 'big job'. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.
