I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.

The facial was around an hour and fifteen minutes, including a discussion of my skin concerns, allergies, goals, etc. It consisted of roughly four total steps: 1) Gentle facial cleansing and exfoliation 2) Moisturization and detoxification using yucca soaked cloth within a volcanic heated cone 3) Deep cleaning of my entire face, clearing out any and all clogged pores 4) Ionization facial wrap of nourishing cotton with a leather mask connected to low voltage electrical current in order to ionize the solution.
