First time came to the glow medispa at Kirkland. It's a private facility and staff are very nice, knowledgeable about many things. Also clean environment and comfortable space. Please wear mask to visit, they check your temperature, and consortation about your concerns. I had a customized facial for 60 mins. deep cleansing, steaming, exfoliation, extractions, and moisturizing...I'm not remembered every steps but used microdermabraser, enzyme, LED skin rejuvenation... After my skin~absolutely polished, even skin tones, hydrated, smoother and look much younger! I'm so interested in other services and want to know about it. Had a signature facial at Glow this week and I really liked my experience. Lots of exfoliation, a light chemical peel, some cool down making. My skin feels attended to but not raw. They didn't shove products at me or try to sell me on further services or insist I return more often than is likely for me. I saw great review on Yelp and google about this location, so I decided go meet Dr.Otto for my filler appointment. On their website, they have Juvederm and their price is reasonable compare to other filler locations. I contacted 6-7 different location and most of filler place charge $750-$950 for 1 syringe. Media spa's price is very reasonable but they use kyssee. Kyssee provides a great shape and structure without providing too much volume. $600 is the price for 1syringe of Kyssee. This is my review after my 2visits. 1st visit, we didn't use whole 1syringe . I noticed dent and I was willing to get more volume, so I visited again after 2weeks. Before any needles got involved, Dr.Otto slathered numbing cream onto my lips and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Once it was wiped away and Chapas started the procedure, I still felt a pinch whenever the syringe pierced the surface of my lips. When she started injecting the Kysse into the edges of my top lip and in the center of my bottom one, I felt a dull discomfort as the solution started filling them up. I recommend this location because the price is reasonable and Dr. Otto is very nice, friendly, understandable and patient with me. read more

Dr. Ott has a light touch and really listens to what I want. I have gotten Botox injections here 3 times and I couldn't be happier. Pricing is reasonable. I went to Glow Medispa in December and ultimately, the procedures I had done did what they intended! So I highly recommend because of that. I had an unusual experience but not due to anything Dr. Otto or my aesthetician did. I ended up having an allergic reaction (not totally sure to what) where my face swelled up and was covered in hives. My aesthetician (Rachel) checked in on me daily to make sure I was okay. I came into see them at one point just so Dr. Otto could take a look. I took allergy medication and it was sort of a "wait it out" deal. But luckily, the swelling and hives went down and about a week and half after the treatment I was looking back to "normal." Given that I had such an unusual reaction, I just wanted to call out that they were great in supporting me during that time. And as I mentioned above - it did what it was supposed to. I was have a treatment to help reduce the dark spots on my face and I can truthfully say they look A LOT lighter! read more

Dr Otto is amazing. The space is beautiful, private, immaculate... perfect. I am so happy I found my way here. Dr.Otto took so much time to with me during my consultation. I am 32 and decided I am DONE buying expensive skincare products that don't work- done trying to over line my lips to make it look like I actually have lips, and done trying to cover my fine lines with makeup. It's time to invest in treatments and procedures with professionals and stop all this DIY nonsense I waste money on. Dr. Otto listened to all of my concerns and didn't once try to sell me unnecessary products or treatments like other Doctors I have consulted with in the past, and she made sure I was informed/educated and comfortable during the entire process . I am somewhat new to injectables. I had Botox once a couple years ago at a medispa in Seattle. It was alright. The doctor made me feel rushed and made sure to sell me $200 worth of skincare before I left. My friends go there and are way overdone as far as injections and treatments go. I know this can be a slippery slope- so I was looking for someone with a different approach, and I am happy I found Dr. Otto, she definitely has a "less is more" approach that I need. Last time, the Botox took about three weeks to notice a slight change. Dr. Otto chose dysport to treat my elevens and crows feet instead of Botox. I'm blown away by the results. I woke up the next morning with a HUGE improvement in my elevens and crows feet. Today- 3 days later they are completely gone! I am completely blown away the difference. Before we did dysport, Dr.Otto enhanced my lips with Kyyse. She applied numbing cream, and wow. It works great. After the first injection, I became very anxious/started sweating profusely. She made sure to give me a piece of candy, a stress ball, a mirror, and a damp towel over my forehead- and I instantly calmed down. Basically, I psyched myself out the night before looking at horror stories all over the internet, and it hit me. Once I saw the work Dr. Otto was doing, I was completely at ease. I feel bad because I required so much literal and figurative hand-holding, but Dr Otto never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She just took her time and made sure I was comfortable and happy. This is seriously the happiest I've ever been with my appearance and with any appearance-improvement service . I didn't bruise AT ALL, I didn't bleed, I wasn't sore or in pain. My lips were a little swollen that night, but not bad. Also, her prices are incredibly reasonable for these services, especially since she is an MD and is clearly very knowledgeable and talented, and takes her time to walk you through the entire process/makes sure your results are absolutely perfect. She also made sure I signed up for rewards, which provided a discount. I could go on about Dr. Otto and Glow for hours. I have nothing but great things to say. I'm sure I won't need dysport or kysse for quite some time, but I am looking forward to booking an appointment for microneedling and a "glow and go" in the future. For now, I will wear my sunscreen and enjoy not trying to cover up my "flaws" with makeup. It's so freeing. read more

My experience at Glow Medispa is nothing short of fantastic. Everyone is extremely kind and accommodating. There are many services to choose from and you have the latest anti-aging technology at your disposal. I'm a 63 year old male with 63 year old skin. I went to Glow and had a skin evaluation with Dr Desiree. It was like having a financial check up but for my skin. She discussed my issues and what my goals were and detailed a path forward. We started the process with her Master Esthetician; Rachel. Other than being 63 with fine lines, wrinkles i had discoloration caused by sun damage. Rachel did a series of treatments on me called Fractional skin resurfacing. The outcome has been amazing.
