I am in the process of trying to get a refund but they are not providing one to me. They continue to say that they gave me to correct bed when I am looking at it in my home and it is not. I am still trying to get a refund. ***BEWARE OF THEIR RETURN POLICY*** You only have three days to return the item. Also, if you don't note any imperfections or damages the same day, according to his company, you are out of luck and have to deal with the damaged item yourself (basically, meaning you have to keep it). I recently purchased a living room set from Dallas Designer Furniture. This was maybe the easiest deal I've ever done. I exchanged emails a few times with Lindsay, who was super responsive and helpful. Arranging payment and delivery was very easy as well. I am not in the Dallas Metroplex, but my furniture was delivered, assembled, and setup just three business days after I bought it. This same living room group was being sold locally for over double the price, so I really saved on this purchase with Dallas Designer Furniture. The delivery team was also awesome! There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for Dallas Designer Furniture and John & Lindsay! They are truly AMAZINGGG!!! I just moved from New York City to Denton and I ordered the Angel Bedroom Set over the phone 3 months before my big move. The store held my furniture for me. They delivered and installed my set the day I arrived. The furniture is absolutely stunning, elegant, and high quality. It was a great deal too. The two young gentlemen who delivered and installed my set were extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. My Lucid mattress kept sinking in, felt uncomfortable, and I could not figure out what was causing this. So, I sent an email to Dallas Designer Furniture and was told that I needed a box spring underneath my mattress. I ordered one over the phone and they were so gracious enough to deliver it to me that same day after store hours, in the middle of the night! This would NEVER happen in New York City!!! The hospitality and level of care & concern that DDF has shown me is unmatched! That box spring made a HUGEEE difference and I can tell that I will get the best sleep! I ordered a bedroom set from a big brand store, I put down a deposit and thought I was happy with what I selected. I woke up in the middle of the night about a week later realizing I was going to spend way too much on something that wasn't going to last for a long time. I started my search all over!!! I found Dallas Design Furniture online, they had so many sets to choose from. I called the store and got the owner Lindsey on the phone, she was soooo nice and helpful. We decided on a beautiful rustic set, I could tell the quality of the wood was much better the the big brand stores. The prices were unbelievable!!! Great communication and fast delivery (next day) if the item is in stock (which mine was). I asked if they could customize the order to change out certain chairs in my dining room set and they happily accommodated me and discounted since the side chairs were less expensive than the arm chairs. Pricing is fair, but you can find items cheaper online. You won't receive the level of service delivery elsewhere though. Delivery guys were great. Marcos went above and beyond to ensure my new set was blemish free, and when it wasn't he took the time to change out the legs and table top away from his own time. He was friendly and courteous. Don't expect to haggle much on pricing though because they're pretty unrelenting. All in all I'd totally buy from them again. read more

I found a game table with 6 chairs that I liked online. I was having difficulty finding anyone that had it all in stock. Some had the table and no chairs, others had a table and 2 chairs, etc. Once I found Dallas Designer Furniture, I immediately started chatting with one of their representatives. The DDF rep answered all of my questions, told me the table could be delivered within 3 days, and even offered me $50 off the purchase without me asking. I ordered it the same day, which was a Friday. It was delivered Monday afternoon. It was in excellent condition and was just as described. The delivery crew was friendly and professional. The crew leader, Edwin, was courteous and had a great attitude even when he found out the table and chairs were going upstairs. I would highly recommend Dallas Designer Furniture!!! read more

First of all, I hate shopping! I wandered through several furniture stores looking for a new table & chairs and small hutch for my kitchen breakfast area. I knew the "look" I wanted but finding a sales person willing to help me and not try to "upsell" me was a challenge. I decided to look online and stumbled upon this site. I've purchased furniture from online sites such as Wayfair before with "just ok" results (the quality of the products was usually pretty good - but sometimes parts were missing and one time delivery was an issue - as in, a couch showed up a week early with no notification, and was just sitting on my front porch one night when I came home!). Anyway, I was hesitant to try online again but since this was a local company, I decided to give it a try. I emailed some questions and was pleasantly surprised that I had answers and friendly service from Lindsey just a few hours later.
