Immediately, we felt so welcomed as we entered and they freely let us browse and assisted us with anything we needed, completely different from other furniture stores in town. We also learned that all their furniture can be customized to the exact measurement we wanted and that is always a plus! The quality, price, and customer service is hands down the best! Delivery was also very affordable for only $105 from their Mckinney store all the way to The Colony. Ted and Drake delivered my couch and they were so nice and gave me alot of recommendations to keep it from sliding and even told me where to buy the fabric spray when I opted out of the fabric spray option. We had a poor experience with KS Woodcraft. We're interior designers in Chicago and we ordered a…read morecustom table from them for one of our clients. The table had a leg welding at an angle and damage to the top. We have access to a wood shop and KS paid for the refinishing of the top but they would not take responsibility for the angled leg which the client would not accept. Repairing the leg which required disassembling the table, transporting it to a metal shop, having it worked on, getting client approval, then having it shipped back and reassembled cost us about $650. In our work, it's impossible for us to leave a client hanging but KS left us hanging.
