These guys are the worst when it comes to floor tile installation. My wife and I built our…read moreretirement forever home in 2019. In 2021, the floor tile began cracking and "tenting". A structural review found no structural issues. Joe Shepard, the owner refused to do anything to help rectify the issue. It took my wife and I four years to pull together enough money to have approximately 2200 square feet of floor tile removed and replaced at a cost of approximately $75,000.00. We had to move out, rent a house for (1) month, remove baseboards & plumbing fixtures, demo the existing floor tile, put in new floor materials, clean the entire house top to bottom, reinstall baseboards, reinstall plumbing fixtures, and move back in. I've had 5 flooring companies tell me that the original flooring was not installed with proper thin set or method of installation. Basically, they didn't know what they were doing. Owner Joe Shepard told me that this wasn't the first time his company had experienced this type of proble, just not as bad as ours was. Don't waste your money with these guys. And if you have used them and your tiles sound hollow when you walk on them call a lawyer.

I had wood flooring in the den and bedroom (20 years old) so we selected a product that closely matched the existing wood. Took about a week to get the product in from the manufacturer. Doug called about three days before scheduled installment date and wanted to drop the wood off so that it could get acclimated to the house ( wood expands and contracts based on the humidity etc of the house). They have been in business for 30+ years so they know about the products. The two installers showed up on time, moved the large furniture and began removing the existing carpet. These two brothers are great. My fireplace has a rounded brick hearth that required cutting the brick so that the wood could be placed under the hearth instead of trying to cover it with 1/4 round wood. Now it looks like the fireplace was built on top of the wood floor. Total job took about four days. No way it could have been completed in less time. If a large franchise company says they can do it in one day. Don't believe them. It takes 24 hours for the glue to dry, so be ware. Recommend Carpet Connection without hesitation. These people are great.
