When I calmly asked him not to speak to my child that way, Reid turned his hostility toward me -- raising his voice, shushing me several times, and waving his hand to silence me in front of my children and other clients. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I spoke with someone in management who apologized, but no one else in the shop said a word or offered any acknowledgment.
