On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. I completely understand that businesses have overhead and prices change, but there's a difference between charging a fair price and simply being wildly overpriced. A quote of $3,000 for a job I previously paid $1,300 for was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support a veteran-owned company. I just can't justify paying more than twice what the same work has cost me before. Being veteran-owned is something I'm happy to support, but it shouldn't be used as a reason for customers to overlook an unreasonable price. Shop around and get multiple quotes before committing. He didn't knock or ring, but my motion camera recorded him walking past both signs and hanging the ad. Knocking is not the issue. Leaving ads after passing two "No Soliciting" signs is still soliciting. It shows a blatant disregard for a homeowner's posted wishes. This is unacceptable. If a company can't respect a simple "No Soliciting" sign, why would you trust them to act ethically while working on your home? In my opinion, stay away from Apex Premier Roofing. I will not do business with them, and I've asked to be removed from their contact list. Companies should train their staff to read and follow signs. This experience tells me Apex Premier Roofing did not.
