We were moving and had 3 of the 5 bedrooms empty and we keep the house fairly clean but we wanted to find a Housecleaner to prepare the house for listing it to sell, However, when my husband got home, she charged us $50 more than I was told and my husband paid it unknowingly. $178 total When I got home these were all the things found not completed !!!!! See photos The microwave was never cleaned, trash not taken out, floors dirty, mirrors not cleaned or dusted....... I called Guy and he did not call me but had Rebecca call me and she assured me she'd come back and clean it. Then i came down with Covid (4-5 weeks) so everything was postponed to ensure the housekeeper would be safe to clean once we left the house to the new house. So fast forward to that day and she said she'd be there at noon. But then I got these other texts from her as to why she was late each hour and by 6:30pm I had had enough of her nonsense. Guy did refund us $50 but very very disappointed in the terrible lack of housecleaning and that she never came back back to complete job at our scheduled time!!! We are also missing a new prescription that we never found. We do not recommend this company for cleaning! Not dependable, not professional and waste of money and time!!! Very disappointed Update: I just read the owner's response to this review and I am reassured that this is NOT a professional cleaning service and after reading his response it is obvious to see he is resorting to slandering me because I shared my honest experience. The pictures do not lie and neither do the pics of our texts where she kept making excuses for being 5 hours late. I was not happy and told him that and no longer trusted their cleaners to return and make it right. When I asked Guy for a list of what they require for the maids to clean he told me his computer blew up and could not provide me a list. You be the judge and you decide. Peace

I couldn't ever get them to fully understand what I wanted them to do. They told me they were going back to the car to get a chemical for the bathroom. They said something about it needing 20 minutes to sit, and they'd return. So I stepped into another room of the home, to be out of their way. They hadn't gone to get anything. What they had actually done, was pack their stuff and driven away. I checked my security camera when they hadn't come back into the house after about 25 minutes. They flat out lied to me! I got a text a few minutes after that saying they had completely cancelled my cleaning. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. For what they tried to charge, I was expecting something a lot better than being lied to and unable to communicate with the people sent to do the job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Though, they gave me a time slot that was outside the scope I asked for making me rush things to accommodate for them - this was a bit unwanted. Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is).
