If i could leave 0 starts I would for a multitude of reasons - found this company online and selected them for a deep clean and hopeful to continue with monthly cleans after seeing the reviews and 4.9 stars. The person they sent out did not do a deep clean and hadn't even cleaned the toilets (cleaning 101) when she was trying to check out. I had to ask her to do them in every bathroom and while I was surveying everything else i noticed floor boards were not clean, areas hadnt been vacuumed, stove/sinks were not cleaned, etc. I expressed my disappointment to the service agent about not getting the deep clean (that i had paid for) and how everything was done with half the effort. They assured me they would send someone out on Monday to take care of it. I relayed to them that everything needed to be redone since i didnt have the original deep clean. They rescheduled for Monday with arrival between 11:25am-1:25pm. At 1:17pm they texted that someone would arrive between 2-4pm.. they quoted a 6-8 hour clean for deep clean.. the person arrives with no idea of needing to do a deep clean. I was so over this company that I just had them do a standard clean adn to refund me the difference and they confirmed. A week and a half later i had to follow up as a refund still hadnt been issued.. Terrible service in every way from cleaning, scheduling and customer service. read more

My husband and I are retired so do not have our house cleaned as often as we once did. When the Dallas Maid leaves our house it is always gleaming (literally - in the places it's supposed to! In every area they clean, it is always better than I expected. My husband even comments on house amazing the house looks when she is finished, and that is not typical for him AT ALL. I booked a deep leaning service of the common areas, bathrooms, and master bedroom of our house in preparation for the new year. Booking was easy via their online form, and the pricing breakdown they provide in the invoice is much appreciated. The company communicated with me several times leading up to the reservation date to sign contracts, give reminders, etc. On the day of the cleaning, our cleaner showed up promptly at the beginning of the time slot and got to work right away. She was incredibly thorough and wiped down every single surface imaginable. I'm fairly certain the last time my house was this clean was the day we moved in! Highly disappointed. Toilets were not cleaned, half the furniture had not been dusted, floors were definitely still dirty, easily movable furniture had not been moved to clean the floor. The website is clear and easy to use, and I got three very clear reminders of the upcoming service - two email and one text. Two cleaners arrived - early! - and worked hard to give my house a good basic clean. I have a mattress on the ground as my bachelor pad matress, and it was made. a made bed... on the ground. freakin ridiculous. After I had a falling out with the maid service we hired to do a move in clean on our new house, I wasn't going to have the same company do the move out clean on our duplex. (I want my deposit back, dangit!) That's how I ended up calling every maid service I could find on Yelp at 7am in the morning to have a move out clean done before we turned in the keys. Who called me back promptly at 8am when they opened? Dallas Maids. These guys did an incredible job on our duplex. All of the floors were spotless, windows were cleaned, they scrubbed the fridge and the stove, and cleaned the blinds and the fans! Basically... they cleaned the place top to bottom!! I arrived on the (virtual) doorstep of Dallas Maids as a result of a recommendation from another maid service that couldn't accommodate my completely unrealistic need. It's not a knock on the other service at all, but it helped Dallas Maids with this great review. I called on the Wednesday before Christmas, needing service before Saturday. So there was a two day window, less than a week before Christmas. I was very grateful for them being able to do the work, because my wife and I were getting over pneumonia and desperately needed the help. So, with this in mind, I was thrilled when 2 maids showed up on Friday afternoon, ready to attack our mess. They worked very efficiently and quickly, getting the bathrooms cleaned spotless, and the kitchen just as good, despite there being a lot of clutter in there. They made organization out of chaos. Vacuuming and mopping were handled with great care as well. They even stayed longer than originally planned to get everything taken care of (again, on Friday afternoon. so this was probably cutting into personal time, not even a client's time). Bottom line: Dallas Maids did a great job for me, on a nearly impossible lead time/schedule, and didn't even charge me extra for it. I'm a fan! read more
