You are an incredible artist and a genuine and kind person and you will be my first recommendation to anyone that asks.... Don't ever change, you are going places. I have had plenty and several different tattoo experiences and yours has by far been the best. From the moment I walked in with the way your friend greeted me at the front desk, (shoot, from the moment I called the store) you two made me feel important and cared about. Y'all, Em knocked it out of the damn park. She showed me the full colour finished pice and it was SO beautiful, way beyond what I had hoped. The day of was really laid back and chill: we chatted a bit about odd tattoos she's done and the worst places to get one. Well lucky me, I picked a pretty painful part but she was as gentle as she could possibly be. We took breaks, her for food and me for coffee, and get about 95% done in 1 full day session. She booked me for my touch up that same day and said there would be no charge for the time since she quoted what she quoted, but I'm happily going to pay her hourly rate plus top for her time. Em herself is very down to earth and chill, open to your feedback and tweaking things to get exactly what you want. Mike from the front desk is cool as hell, and the space is very well lit and exceptionally clean. Other artists popped by while we were working and loved her vision of what I wanted. Overall a 15/10 experience and I'm even finding more art that I want Em to do now.

After a whole week without him contacting us we texted him and he took two days to give us a copy and pasted picture from the Internet. After another week without him telling us anything we texted him again and he took two more days to answer and told us that he was busy with other clients. It has been about 2 months now and he never gave us a drawing and he refused to give us the deposit back. Moral of the story: stay away Paul will rob you.

At the appointment, Sage was amazing, he put me at ease, talked me through the whole process and helped me deal with my anxiety around getting my first tattoo. However, I believe I was charged an extra $200 (it was $200 per hour) just off the 30 minutes spent on consultation, which I don't think is worth it at all. I asked about this and I was told they charge by the hour and so even if the time spent on me in total was only around 2.5 hrs, I'd still be charged for the full 3rd hour. The time spent on my tattoo definitely took a little less than 2 hours, and I don't think I should be paying $600 for my tattoo. I understand it is pretty big in size but the design is simple with no shading, no fills, just lineart... when my friend got a full arm sleeve AND it's shaded for only around $500 at his place. P.S. I got my tattoo last year. I've just recently been looking through other tattoo services thinking of getting a new one and thought of leaving a review for this shop.
