I got my ears re-pierced and then a second lobe piercing by Pam as a Mother's Day gift. The whole process was sterile and professional while also comfortable and easy going. I'm a bit of a nervous wreck about needles but Pam walked me through it and told me to breathe in and out as they did each piercing so it was totally manageable. The atmosphere was very friendly and I am looking forward to going back in 3-4 weeks to get shorter earrings when the swelling goes down. My boyfriend and I went here tonight for piercings, and I'm so glad we did! The front desk staff were very polite and pointed us to the jewelry and checked up on us while we were waiting to go to the back. Pamela was fantastic, professional, and so sweet! We booked double appointments for her so we could go back together. As soon as she introduced herself, she asked to look at my septum and told me she would have to pierce it a bit higher than usual. We looked at jewelry for awhile and she helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. Once we were in the studio, she explained everything she would be doing in extreme detail. She went slow, and asked if I had any questions/concerns, and looked at my nose in more detail to make sure she'd get the right spot. When my boyfriend's ears were being pierced, she took her time to make sure they were even and would look great once the jewelry was in. The actual piercing process was amazing for both my boyfriend and I. We barely felt it and had little to no pain afterwards. She then carefully explained to us how often we would need to clean the piercings, and gave us instructions on how to ensure the best healing process. I could not recommend her enough! She was so thorough, professional, sterile, and made sure we loved the piercings before we left. When I decided to get some ear piercings, I researched several places and this one had good reviews. The piercer, named Pamela has a booth within the tattoo parlor, so you can book appointments through her online and she does accept walk-ins. I've never gotten a tattoo here so I can't speak to that. They have a selection of jewelry for whatever piercing you want if you don't already have you're own. I've gone with their selection because I feel better about the quality. I reserved an appt with Pamela S. to get a Daith piercing and t have some other piercings changed out that were ready at the time. I must say that she was pure "Awesomeness". She did a great job. She listened to my concerns and gave me her honest opinion about what would work and what would not work for my Daith piercing. She gave off strong vibes that said, "I know what I'm doing and you are in good hands". I didn't feel rushed or like a number either. I felt really comfortable in her care. The piercing itself was maybe a 4/5 out 10 pain scale. But we are talking about the daith piercing here and cartilage, so each person is different.
