After giving me a tour of their clean, large, and well-equipped gym, they gave me an InBody body composition analysis. My results showed a higher body fat percentage than I expected. Because I wanted to take this seriously, I signed up to work with a trainer. My trainer, Nick, was new, very knowledgeable, and built a custom workout plan for my goals and abilities. After just four months I lowered my body fat percentage by 6% and increased my lean body mass by 4%! If you are waiting to join a gym, I highly recommend visiting Snap Fitness, where their huge variety of equipment is modern, clean, and well maintained. Once I started going earlier I ran into issues with the manager and her son. One day I forgot to bring my key card in and the employee would not let me through the door. I tried to explain that I forgot it, and I pay for the membership, but he rudely told me I would have to pay money to get in and was being disrespectful about it. Instead of offering different solutions, he said "either pay for a pass or go home". On top of his disrespect, he cussed out one of my close friends when he took his shirt of in the mirror.(I have video evidence) What kind of employee are you? I understand that there are rules (which havnt been clearly displayed over the years), but you have no right to be disrespectful about it. I cant complain to management about it, because it just so happens to be his mother! (who defends her son's childish behavior) I really thought he was just in a bad mood and I caught him at a bad time, but after speaking with his mother over these issues.... I can see where he gets his disrespectful attitude and lack of intelligence/communication. I was being as respectful as I could trying to reason with these people, but I was interrupted multiple times and could not seem to get my point accross or inform them that the situation was not handled correctly. The manager kept justifying her son's immature behavior and continuing to mention that they will enforce the rules no matter what. When I brought up the fact that her son was using foul language, she completely disregarded it and said it was more than okay to cuss at the members. It seems that neither of them will ever admit fault or take accountability, which is sad since it seems she is on the older side. All I gotta say is if this issue persists I will be resigning my membership and telling everyone I know either to leave (if attending), or never sign up. Nobody should be treated as poorly as I was, especially being an on-going member. Thank you for reading this, I hope everyone will stand up for themselves and not let rude people walk all over them.

The foundation of every class is rooted in true Pilates principles, which I love. If you're new to Pilates, Club Pilates studios are such a great place to start. You'll learn proper form, alignment, and movement with instructors who genuinely care about your growth. I've seen a few negative reviews about membership cancellations, but honestly, those policies are pretty standard across any fitness studio. Pros: Class availability and sign-up: Easy to find class times via the app. I haven't had any issues getting in and sounds like the only waitlists tend to be for the 5 am. Good to know: This location does close early on weekends which is fine for me since I only have time to workout during the week. Efficient class time: they honor the 60 min which is great. Half tread and half floor and I'm walking out the door on time - I've been to other workouts that regularly go over by as much as 15 min and it's really hard to plan for. Good to know: You can be up to 10 min late to a class if something happens. If you miss a class you will be charged. Instructors: they're so great and positive. All three I've been to have been wonderful. They definitely keep the energy up and create an environment where everyone is welcome. Also provide guidance on proper form which is helpful. Space: Very clean. Showers on site. Everyone is supposed to wipe down equipment after use. Floor space is also clean and all the treads and machines are in good repair. Good to know: floor stations are close together so if you like a little more space- sign up to be with the group that has fewer people to start the workout, usually the floor since most folks like to start on the treads. Accessibility: There's lots of parking and it's a convenient location. Overall: it's a great workout that combines cardio with strength. You work at your own pace and it's a place where all ages, bodies and fitness levels can feel welcome. Good to know: your membership allows you to take classes at any Orange Theory in the country.
