My first thought was 'that brush can't be as stiff as it looks' but a few hours later I was attempting to polish all the scratches he put in my clear coat. I should have stopped him but I assumed a car wash would know better. My polishing attempt didn't work well so I'll be taking it to a detail shop soon and probably spending $200 to fix a $15 car wash. Someone needs to tell Scrubby's those kinds brushes aren't for paint. I guess they're hearing it now if they ever read these reviews.

When I came back around to ask for a receipt, I was given one that said "cash" and no card number. The time stamp was 30 minutes ahead. When I pointed this out, the guy said with a smirk "...And?". I told him it was a cash receipt and I used a card. He further explained that it was a cash till and even if you use a card, the receipt will say cash. I don't know about you, but a consumer should not have to be treated like this. Never using this car wash again.

This included the #3 exterior wash. Normally, this is $169, but I was told to ask for the "manager's special," which dropped it to $139. The gentleman who serviced my car, Francisco, did a fabulous job. It took him a little over an hour, which was quicker than I anticipated. It would have taken me several hours. They have a waiting area with tablets, vending machines, and tvs, to pass the time. I brought breakfast and sat in a booth to read while I waited. They don't make appointments, so I recommend getting there early to avoid a long wait. The experience surpassed my expectations and I'll be going back after my next trip.

While the service here was friendly, I swear, they just used water. My car went through in a nano second. I was so surprised! The car went through the blue roller brushes but none of the other steps were taken. There is no room for an attendant to wipe your car down as it exits, so you leave with water all over windows. If you want to use one of the two vacuums, you have to maneuver yourself back to the entrance and park along the side. It is extremely awkward and I have a tiny Smart car! So I gave up on the vacuum and drove into the Home Depot parking lot across the street to wipe down my car. The entire back of the car was still covered in dirt. When I wiped the car with a white towel, it was black! I've never experienced this before, and I go through the Washman car wash weekly, but I wasn't surprised because I never saw any soap hit my car. Even when I wiped the car down, no signs of soap and there usually is. Will visit other locations, not the one by PDX.
