The woman helping us continued chatting with her coworker and looking at her phone while assisting us, which felt a bit dismissive. The weather was beautiful and the views around the harbor were fantastic, making for a really relaxing cruise. Jeff, the bartender, was a highlight of the trip. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the harbor. He even took a couple of photos for my husband and me, which we really appreciated. Overall, while the check-in experience could definitely be more welcoming and attentive, the cruise itself was enjoyable thanks to the scenery and the great service from Jeff at the bar.

They had a speaker on the boat but instead of using it with a microphone to tell the "guided tour" it was used to play loud music and on a very rare occasion the young man serving drinks would point to a house and say something that you couldn't hear because the music was louder and he mumbled while pouring drinks. Instead of taking a moment to lower the music, gather our attention, and give scripted information with volume and detail. In addition because it wasn't Season there weren't any mega yaughts to see. Now we took the cruise advertising mimosa and soda but they were out of almost all the soda with just ginger ale left, that's poor planning and stocking. Disappointed and it was not as advertised.
