He got a quote and was happy w it but he had trouble processing the transaction. Carol literally told my brother that for a 76 dollar policy she's done way too much work for him (all of like 30 min worth) and later refused to call him back and provide us with information about how we can remit payment to purchase the policy. She's completely obnoxious and unprofessional and she's got some nerve talking to her potential customers by telling them they aren't with her time.
