    Absolutely disgusting business. Called multiple times regarding software updates and was told they were free. Brought my car in to make sure everything was updated completely and was charged $188.19. Didn't notice that until I looked over the invoice due to already being late to work and rushing. They ended up charging me for a diagnosis I didn't request and didn't accept. You can not do any service on a vehicle that costs money that a customer did not request or approve. Called service to explain that I was charged when I shouldn't have been and the lady on the phone was extremely obnoxious attempting to put the blame on me repeatedly saying "Well you gave him you card." Ignoring the fact that her business is disgusting with their actions regarding charging me for something I wasn't approved. Terrible place, disrespectful and dishonest staff. Never again. Update: They realized they were wrong and agreed to give me a refund. As seen in picture, the owner Jared then called and text me wanting to "resolve the issue," which I responded with it was already resolved. Then he proceeded to ask me to remove my review or update it to a five star.

    I have nothing good to say about this Dealership. I have had my Ranger there 4x. Calling Monday to get it back in for the same reason. (5)x. Picked it up Thursday, came home, no water or antifreeze. The smell as before. 1st X said, thermostat & housing. 2nd X, hole in the lower radiator hose. 3rd X, water pump. 4th X was given a app, got there & was told, they cant get it in.. So why, tell me a time to be there 3 days later. To my undrrstanding, there isn't a acting GM at this store. There needs to be someone in charge, to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen. Need to get a mechanic that is over the rest. Apperantly, Daniel thinks they are doing a good job. Then why, isn't my truck fixed? Is there a number or a person I can get in touch with to get this issue taken care of?? Have been charged $2000 for nothing. customer service well we're not even gonna go there because they are rude. Won't admit that they are wrong & will not fix the problem.

    I had a previously bad experience with Pinnacle Ford service 6 months ago. I had 2 free oil changes left from when I purchased the car, and it's been 6 months so, I used one today to give them another chance. I made an 8:30 appointment. I dropped the car off at 8:28. 8:40, receive phone call, you need a transmission flush and coolant exchange. My reply, we had the transmission replaced and coolant changed June 8, 2023, at your facility. Please check our service record. We don't need another one. At 8:52, receive another call, our battery is at 532, it should be at 700. My reply, we had a new battery placed on 1/28/23 at YOUR facility. Please check our service record, at YOUR facility. Upon further review, I asked for a warranty replacement. When I went to pick up my vehicle at 9:31, I was told that upon "after more specific testing, we charged your battery and it is back to 700." I said ok. There was a print out of the prior charge reading of 532. I left. Went down to my regular service provider, had the battery charge read there, it was 535. I obtained a print out of this reading. I returned to Pinnacle, showed them both slips, and asked again, about warranty replacement. After the tech spoke with I assume the manager, he said they could do a warranty replacement and it would take 1-2 hours. I asked since I had already been there and had to come back, was there a way to expedite? He did expedite. That was the only good thing. When he came to get me when it was done, he stated he put down on our slip that the car wouldn't start. I advised that was incorrect. He said Ford is very specific on how they'll honor the warranty. But, now you have a new battery. Question: if my battery was "charged" why did it only go up 3 amps from when I left the dealership and went 6 miles down the road. Why didn't they check my service record and do a warranty replacement in the first place since I was told I needed a new one. In closing, I advise to NOT use this service department, ever. They clearly are not truthful in your vehicle needs and are clearly more worried about profit than being truthful with their customers.

    We have bought 2 cars from Pinnacle Ford. Very pleased both times. Their staff is courteous and helpful. I feel like their prices are very competitive as well. We will go back the next time it's time to buy a truck.

All the cars are priced right at book where they should be--not marked up a few thousand just to come back down like all the other lots. And all of his vehicles are exactly as they should be: mostly one-owner, no accident, low mileage lease turn-ins (unless stated otherwise). All of the cars I test drove had obviously been very well maintained and in excellent to pristine condition. You can't go wrong with any car you pick! Jerrell has a great relationship with a number of local credit unions and banks, and was able to quickly get me set up with an excellent rate on my loan as well as a satisfactory trade-in value for my old car. He thoroughly explained all the paperwork and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I ended up getting the exact model and year of car I was looking for, in pristine condition, with about half the average mileage for its age. For all intents and purposes, it is virtually a new car without the new price. Don't waste your time elsewhere where pushy salesmen try to sell you overpriced cars with uncertain history. Jerrell Huber is a true straight-shooting hometown dealer who does honest business the way anyone would hope and expect. My next car will certainly be from Huber Autoworld, and I would refer anybody to them.

We have a full warranty so we took it back, since then, the beginning of February (I write this mid may) I have driven the car maybe 3 days total because the light continues to come back on the same day we pick it up from the shop despite them "fixing it" at least 7 times now. They have had it in the shop for months, each time the light comes on they have it at a minimum of two weeks, they cannot fix the problem without the light coming back on the day I pick it up. They refuse to fix this issue or get us in another car despite the fact that this check engine code was CLEARLY there before we bought the car and they just cleared it hoping someone would come take their broken inventory off their hands. The Sales manager continues to ignore us and will not get back with us to try and come up with a solution. I am 9 months pregnant and each time we go to return this car we have to switch three car seats out, and I often have to do this on my own. they do not care. They expect us to continue to bring it in and get it "fixed" only to turn around and bring it back the same or next day because the same issue remains, the light ALWAYS returns. We are driving from the other side of Lexington each time wasting SO MUCH gas, time, and energy on an issue they cannot resolve and have no resolution in sight. These people will waste your time, waste your money, and expect you to just take it. I have lost all hope in them ever fixing my van or fixing this issue by just taking back the broken car they sold us. You are better off going to a buy here pay here lot or buying from a stranger on Facebook marketplace than buying from these absolute frauds.
