They ripped us off and don't care. we signed up for the drive and save device, we were then charged on top of our regular rate, 29.99/month for at least 4 months, where are those payments refunded?? i'll be filing a bbb complaint within a week. you also billed me a additional monthly payment within a day of switching? i am due refunds.i got a 10 buck check? we never used drive safe? and notified you it was not compatible with our phones where is that money? billed for at least $100 for the drive safe.we are also due back on the monthly payment you took in oct. mainly unsatisfactory service. dan, your people can be uncaring and rude sorry to say. it did make me drop state farm, saved bundles too, who knew?? read more

I enjoyed my experience with Dan and his office. My situation was not typical (for me)as we were adding cars and drivers for my wife. I had not dealt with this before and after using Geico for 10 years, my premiums continued to rise (now they are sizably lower), despite never having tickets or a spot on my driving record. I was happy to have dealt with someone local in their office instead of the automated system that is with other companies. Anytime I need a change, I reach out to Dan or Kay and it has been taken care of within the day or at the very least addressed.
