He stopped by and gave us a quote which was very comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work. I've attached a photo of his work. Disregard the flooring as that where the old equipment was.

That is absolutely unacceptable. Any reputable company can break down charges, and refusing to do so feels intentionally misleading. He came when he said he would and was able to contact the manufacturer and arrange a technician appointment so there wouldn't be wasted time waiting for a return call. Together they solved a gas pressure issue and using a too high MERV (13 ) filter that restricted air flow allowing the furnace to burn too hot. This caused a lockout shutting the furnace down. I highly recommend him to solve your problem much more reasonable than the big firms. He is someone you can trust.
