Dan has been my insurance guy for about 30 years at this point and in a day, lost me as a customer because of Cris. I recently had changed my debit card number for an insurance payment, it showed it was set and ready to go on August 13. It should have been charged on August 14, it wasn't. I let Dan know and was told all would be OK. I was told they were going to make a payment to resolve the matter and they gave me the total in two separate emails which was the correct total, but in the end, Cris and Dan charged more then I had authorized without my consent. Because the card I added was specifically for bills and I keep enough in it to pay bills as I need to pay, this unauthorized overcharge screwed my account up causing other bills to not be paid correctly as the total they charged was different then what I was ready for. Then rather then correct the issue, they cancelled the payment, messing my insurance account up further and not helping the account they had messed up getting me $93 in fees due to their incompetence. Dan then blamed me for having messy finances, but he refuses to accept responsibility that his office and Cris charged me a different total without my permission that caused this only to inform me afterward, but the fact is, had they done what they said they were going to do in two separate emails having a totally different total, none of it would have happened. Then he made public false accusations saying it was my fault as if I wrote the incorrect totals his office sent then processed the payment myself. Then he sent an extremely rude email to me telling me to leave his insurance after 30 years as a customer! I have now been forced to file complaints with the the Attorney Generals of Illinois, Arizona, and the United States, Better Business Bureau, FBI, IDOL in Illinois, DIFI in Arizona, my credit company, and NAIC over the matter. Its sad after 30 years, following him from Farmers to his independent business, as my whole family did, due to his office sending me incorrect information and making charges for unauthorized amounts that screwed up my accounts, this is how it ends. All they had to do was let me know before the process, but they lied and I believe violated law. All will be made public soon. Go somewhere else because in the end, your loyalty means nothing to this rotten business. read more

I contacted this agency before their hours of operation and by noon the same day had my quote. My needs were somewhat complicated, business related. The quote was half of my next lowest quote.i needed a permit the same day and Mr Weier had the certificate on the villages fax when they opened. All of this before i paid one penny. I never wrote reviews but service from this agency was so above par that i feel it's my duty as a citizen to share this with all i can. If you need insurance call this man. Did not return call.I provided info re: insurance quote last November 2017.Dan said he'll call and give a quote or e-mail in the next day or so.Then, holiday comes and nothing.I called them up again last January and nothing. In early March 2018 ,spoke to Amanda, who said they'll follow up but then nothing again. Poor customer service or no customer service since they did not call or e-mail back.It makes me wonder if I need assistance,how I'm going be treated.Cannot recommend them,just my opinion. read more
