Because the air would not go below °79 degrees she called my company, Rescue One. She claimed that she was my property manager, gave them her email and said that it was an emergency. At the time I was in the middle of a Dr. appointment. This caused a series of events that cost me additional money to replace a minor valve. Confidentiality and ethics were breached and though no law was broken ( I don't think so anyhow) I would stay away from this company and this especially this agent.

We weren't going to move in until August so I'm not sure what the urgency to sign the lease that day was. I called her and said I will not sign the lease and she was extremely rude to me and my bf, saying we don't meet the qualifications and that her daughter said she shouldn't rent to us. I asked her why she sent us the lease and approved us for the home if she didn't want to rent to us. Then she told us someone else gave the deposit and they are taking the house. She didn't tell us any of this, she was waiting for us to send the money so she could pocket it and give the house to someone else. And now the house is still on the market. Joan is a liar, a scammer, and I'm so happy we did not trust her!
