If they couldn't do it, they should have told me up front. Instead of simply doing what I wanted, they insisted on cleaning ALL of the windows in the house to "maintain their reputation." I agreed to it but that had them going into some private areas of the house when I had only been expecting workers in public areas. Don't get me wrong, they worked really hard all day long. They cleaned the screens and they sprayed down the garage door. They were here from 7am to 4pm. That was its own nightmare, of course, for my other family members were stressed out about having strangers in the house for so long. When I pointed out that I was disappointed that the window still looked bad, they tried to tell me how I could clean it myself. Ummm, that's why I hired supposed "professionals."
