They called every day to update me on the progress and get permission for repairs that were found once they started taking everything apart. Not only does my car run better than I can remember, but they charged for the time they actually spent to repair it, not just the standard labor hours that it usually takes. When I came to pick the car up, they showed me all of the parts that they changed, explained why they needed to be changed, and went over every item on the invoice. They also told me about a few items that should be repaired in the future but didn't do it this time because they knew I was on a budget and explained why they weren't "need to do now" items.
