Here's a synopsis for you: It took over a month to get the car back. Upon return (1st issue): rear dome light wouldn't work. I had to drive an hour back to the shop for repair. 2nd issue: phantom rattling and squeaking started to be heard in the dash, headliner, dome lights etc. This is when I found out they REMOVED the headliner to paint a DOOR. The manager was crass and gaslit every concern I had. All in all the Nonexistent communication and excessive work prompted this review. Emphasis on LABOR that WAS NOT needed. Now I have damaged parts in a brand new vehicle. Scuffs, tears, annoying broken parts that rattle. Thank you PBP for a terrible experience in and out of the shop. Stay away from this joke of a body shop.
