I explained we were scheduled for last week but needed to reschedule. She said they wouldn't honor the coupon but they would give me the $50 referral discount because my sister referred me. I let her know what a disappointment it was especially because I had two people lined up ready to use their services but will not be referring them to any longer. They literally missed out on $4,500 worth of business because of a $225 discount they refused to give. Roberta was smug in her response.
