I went in for probate and they make you believe that they will take care of everything for you but wrong.they Jennifer and Cassandra don't know how or what forms are needed I' missed my first hearing because of them not submitting the correct forms and or on time per the courts. I have been doing all of their work for them and been traveling to the court house myself to file all of my own paperwork. They have ignored me and my calls even hanging up on me because I told them the truth of how bad they've been promising to call me back and of course ignored. These two ladies are the worst I have ever had to encounter with... always full of dumb excuses as of why they get things done on time (ie.i was on leave, it normally take ten days to fill out a form but yet they had a little over 11 months working on it??). read more

I have never in my life dealt with such egregious unprofessionalism. Before I made my payment, they were responsive, helpful, and quick to answer every question. The moment my payment went through, I essentially stopped existing to them. Emails went unanswered. Phone calls were met with empty promises of "we'll call you back" that never happened. After months of trying to reach someone--anyone--I finally managed to sign the paperwork in January. The court didn't receive it until March 6th. To make matters worse, the court informed me that five pages were filed incorrectly. This entire experience has been stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable had they shown even the slightest level of professionalism after being paid. I paid money to amend my living trust. I was told I had one year to complete the documents. When I completed the documents, they never responded. I have been trying to reach them for two months. I have left several messages and will always be promised a return call that never happens. The communication is horrible. I still don't have my documents amended. Do not use these people they take your money and give you the wrong information and make you pay for it. They also promise you phone calls back which they never return and then say it's your fault there is nothing they can do about it. They use a lot of interns and do not monitor them in any way and allow them to determine your legal future. I was promised a refund only for the processing fee even though they messed up. I declined the service that they said they completed which they did not and said I was stuck still having to pay for it. I went down there two times waited for two hours to be told that my paperwork was still not ready after I received email stating that it was. Everything is super unorganized. I went in in December to get my paperwork was promised that I'd be ready by January tried calling them for three months and have barely heard back from them two weeks ago and was promised a refund of the processing fee and never received it. I continue to call and got told that somebody would call me by end of day but is now been a week and nobody has called me back. This location is very unprofessional and unorganized. Extremely Poor Experience with We The People Riverside. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from We The People Riverside while filing my divorce paperwork. Throughout the entire process, the company demonstrated a consistent lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism. I paid them to prepare and file my divorce documents, as well as to handle the process serving. Instead, they held onto my paperwork for an extended period, which ultimately gave my spouse additional time to file her documents first. I truly believed my case was progressing and that I was simply waiting for a court hearing notice--only to discover that nothing had been filed at all. Their communication was slow, unhelpful, and ineffective, leaving me without any clarity or progress. The problems began immediately. The third-party server they hired served me instead of my spouse, despite the clear and specific instructions I provided regarding the correct days and times. The server even arrived on a Sunday while my children were home, creating unnecessary stress. When I brought this to their attention, Cassandra--the representative assigned to my case--attempted to charge me again to fix their own mistake. This took months to resolve, and I never received a refund or even an apology. Later, I completed the Dissolution Finals with Minor(s) workbook exactly as requested. Again, months passed without any updates. Despite repeated assurances via email that my paperwork would be expedited, I eventually learned that it had been sitting untouched the entire time. Cassandra's lack of professionalism and the company's refusal to take responsibility are unacceptable. Because I had an upcoming court date, I was forced to file an RFO--another service they charged me for--despite the ongoing issues. I had no time to look for an alternative. To my disappointment, the staff once again failed to complete the necessary filings on time. There were repeated delays, missing information, and documents filled with basic grammar errors. Working with this office has been a constant source of frustration and regret. Once they receive payment, they take their time completing the work. They rarely answer the phone, and their voicemail is often full, making it impossible to leave a message. On multiple occasions I had to show up at their office unannounced just to push for work that should have been completed weeks earlier--only to be ignored. Calls are returned days later, if at all, and when they do respond, they often seem unaware of your case or prior conversations, forcing you to repeat the entire situation from the beginning. Avoid We The People Riverside. Poor management, no accountability, and unprofessional behavior from staff--including Jazmin, Cassandra, and Crystal--make this business a costly and stressful mistake. I ultimately went to Family Court and got step by step instructions on how to file documents myself. read more

This office prepared three subpoenas for me for almost $800. Not only were they delayed, there were careless errors that I had to catch upon review. Additionally, they chose the wrong forms, filed them incorrectly with the court, failed to list themselves as the deposition officer, and failed to provide additional forms. The office has been unresponsive in regards to my complaints and request for a refund. Please go somewhere else for legal documentation services. I could never recommend them to anyone. read more

WE THE PEOPLE are scammers. I requested a refund within the 24 hour time frame. They gave me the run around for months. I went into the office and they called the cops on me saying I was trespassing. Furthermore, when my wife tried calling they kept hanging up on her, Acting stuck up like they are better than you after they take your money. Following up with my last review-After seeing my review, they promised to reimburse me if I signed something, which i will not. That is absurd and shady. They had someone call and harass me stating it was an attorney, and later found out it was not their attorney, it was someone who works for their company pretending to be an attorney. They blocked my phone number so I have no way to get my money back or a hold of them, and I now receive calls from private numbers from them harassing me to take my review down. I also received a private message on yelp from them harassing me to take my review down which I will screen shot and attach. I urge everyone to think before they use this company. Title: Sure you could do it yourself, but why would you? I recently been taking care of my mom due to her failing health, and getting some paperwork available in case of a worse case scenario. With my research I knew I needed something to allow me to make medical decisions on her behalf if she was unable. A very stressful time, and I can't tell you how many times I have been on the phone with her medical insurance providers. I figured a Will would be a good idea too. Me and my wife recently created an estate with a will and all the proper paperwork at Grider Law Office. We called Brent Grider to find out how much it would cost to have something smaller done for my mom. He said that he had a full court schedule, but recommended we used We The People. He told us they were a document preparation company and notary. He also suggested we get a Will, Advanced medical Directive and a POA. Online the We The People website had a package that covered everything that Brent Grider suggested. I called the We The People office and let them know that I was interested in the Will package and wanted to set up an appointment. They were flexible and told me that they do go to lunch from 1-2pm but anytime before or after that during there office hours was fine. I passed the office twice trying to navigate to it. And because they are surrounded by one way streets, if you are around Magnolia Avenue when traffic is heavy passing the building time wise can be painful. Finally though we were able to park and luckily they were not too far away from the parking location, because my mom struggles walking long distances. Jennifer greeted us, told me and my mom to have a seat and went over the paperwork with us. They had a special going on as well so we were able to get the package cheaper then what we were expecting to pay. The paper work seemed simple enough. You enter who you want to be your beneficiaries, or who ever is acting on your behalf. If you have things you wanted to will to people and so on. It was easy because my mom didn't have much to give to anyone. It is just me and my two younger sisters. As the oldest I would take care of everything for her if she can't. Jennifer was really nice and even was patient with my mom who likes to talk during situations where we should be listening or when I am trying to get information from someone regarding her health or whatever. We were told to come back in a few days to give them time to prepare. My mom then took a lot of peppermints from the counter. (Sorry guys). But she did say she was going to take them... Anyway. We received a call telling us the documents were done. Showed up on Monday with my mom and kids and Jennifer handed us the documents for me to look over them, read information to my mom (My mom has poor vision and can barely see} and for my mom to sign. She then stapled the documents to blue cover sheet and gave me two copies of each. She also told me that they had a copy just in case. The experience was painless. It can be hard to bring up sometimes, but you never know what life have in stored for you. I do hope I don't have to use these documents any time soon, but it is good that we took care of it just in case. read more
