You never offered to fix my lashes to make them less full--it was only after I gave feedback asking if there was a way to make them less dramatic and if it was possible to remove some. **Your response was: "You're asking me if it's okay to remove your lashes?" with an attitude, and you said I booked a voluminous lash set. When did you ever mention that during the consultation when I clearly asked for a natural look with pictures? You didn't say that my request for a 'natural' look isn't achievable with your technique. If only you had mentioned that booking a classic full voluminous set wouldn't achieve the natural look I wanted and offered a different technique or attempted a different lash set, instead of ignoring my requests and confidently saying you could achieve the look I wanted based on the two pictures I showed you.
