Later, I found significantly better and longer-lasting results elsewhere using fewer units. I also purchased a Neveskin package in September 2025 and was told treatments needed to be done weekly for best results. After my third session, the business relocated and remained closed for about 5 weeks, disrupting the treatment schedule, yet I continued receiving appointment confirmations during that time. When I later tried to use my remaining prepaid services (Neveskin and Restylane filler), I was told I would need to pay an additional $400 due to "inflation" despite already paying in full. When I asked for clarification on this policy, I received inconsistent answers and was told I was "attacking" the owner for asking questions. Overall, my experience raised concerns about consistency, communication, and honoring prepaid services.

Her energy was phenomenal and her humor and conversation are second to none. You know when you want to have that old friend feeling with a stylist when sitting in a chair all day? Patti helped me to understand the entire Microcurrent session and hooked me to the Microcurrent device. Initially it was mild and within couple of minutes Patti slowly increased the Microcurrent. When it was mild I didn't feel anything when it increased I started feeling the "tightening" sensation around my tummy. But there was no pain or discomfort at all. The entire procedure took little over 30 minutes, Patti measured my tummy size and it reduced half an inch. I didn't have lot of tummy fat but I had loose muscle, Microcurrent toned that muscle.
