The orthodontist we loved was no longer going to be there or be there very minimally, and some of their other processes like rewards and such changed with the name change. The office was always very clean. the staff was very helpful. I had planned on putting my 2nd child in braces after my 1st ones braces were paid off. However that didn't end up being in the cards for us. She needed them sooner. They were able to work out a payment arrangment that worked for our family so my 2nd child could get into the braces when she needed them. The work they did was quality. The prices..... well they are braces. Braces are just expensive no matter who you see. My daughter did have to go back and get a new retainer at some point after her braces were off. Her retainer busted in half. This was april 2020. They were finally able to get her in, in june 2020 because of all the covid shut downs. Overall happy with experience and they did a good job. My kids teeth are still straight. And my daughter is meticulous about her teeth.

We all decided it wasn't going to happen. As an adult I began to experience excruciating headaches from TMJ and finally decided, with great apprehension, to look into braces. I was looking around when I found the Damon System which really appealed to me and from that I found Dr. Ebert. I spent hours doing research about the braces and Dr. Ebert's office before I called and scheduled an appointment for a consultation. When I walked into the office I was immediately greeted warmly by everyone at the front desk. I filled out a little paperwork before going to the consultation room and answering a few questions. I then was taken on a tour of the facility. Everything is state-of-the-art, clean and well laid out. Large windows line the entire exam room and there's an "adult" chair with a small partition to give adults a little privacy. After the tour, I met Dr. Ebert and she looked at my teeth and told the assistant what all needed to be done. It would cost significantly less than $10,000 and only take about 2.5 years with no head gear or extractions. In fact, Dr. Ebert ONLY uses the Damon System so she and her staff are very proficient in it. When she was done, she asked if I had any questions. My only question was "When can we start?" They do offer in-house financing with no interest which was wonderful for me as my dental insurance doesn't cover adult orthodontics. That was a little under 2 years ago and I have never, ever had a bad experience with Dr. Ebert or her staff. In fact, the system and Dr. Ebert's treatment plan has worked so well for me that I'm on track to be done two months earlier than predicted. If anyone ever asks me for a good orthodontist, I will only recommend Dr. Ebert. She and her staff are just fantastic. I just can't say it enough! If you're considering braces for yourself or your kids, please PLEASE google the Damon System before going with traditional braces. You'll see why they're so much better and then give Dr. Ebert a call. You absolutely will not regret it.

Though the treatment path was the same (tooth had to be extracted on my 19 m/o), the office visit and overall atmosphere was completely reassuring and washed away all of the stress. The staff, from the dental assistants to the dentists themselves to the front desk, truly made what had been a source of stress and anxiety completely manageable. They were kind, reassuring, patient, and extremely thorough. I am absolutely ecstatic that we found them and am truly just so grateful for the care they provided. Looking forward to saying hi to them again in a few months and establishing a regular check in--something that is so hard to achieve in dentistry.

Someone should tell this idiot when you buy the name you also buy the warranty of everyone that that name has taken money from. Dr. Foster was the first one who said she'd give it a shot without general anesthesia, and my girl did GREAT.
