Now in my mid 30s, my teeth were shifting and my bite on my right side was off. I decided to check out another ortho who recommended jaw surgery--what a shock! I did not feel good at all about getting jaw surgery and left that office getting ideas in my head about what else is wrong with my face. My husband was livid when I told him about possibility of getting jaw surgery lol! I remembered that one of my coworkers mentioned he had similar issue about needing jaw surgery with a different ortho and was able to do his treatment just with braces at Dr Graham so I scheduled a consult there. Dr. Graham and his team are very detailed oriented in evaluating your treatment plan. Everyone is so friendly and nice! I also like the convenience of filling out patient forms and insurance info all on my phone. His office offers a variety of ortho products, it is not like the traditional braces where you stick rubber bands to secure the brackets. For comparison, the other ortho said my total treatment time would take 24 months, including the surgery with regular braces. With Dr. Graham, my treatment would require a motion appliance and Invisalign for 12-18 months. That is a huge difference! Go see several orthos and compare because they are not all the same. I just left Graham Ortho office feeling so happy and know I'll be in good hands and receiving great care. I can't wait to start my treatment soon!!

They told me my insurance was 'covering half' of a massive bill to pressure me into a corner, billed my insurance a retail rate of $3,772.00, but immediately pushed through a Sunbit loan for about $1,580.00. According to Blue Cross Blue Shield, my legal, in-network patient responsibility is only $793.60. Instead of finding the best savings, the office pre-billed my loan for nearly double what I actually owe to include unscheduled future work. The office manager admitted in writing that the loan included uncompleted treatment, but instead of voiding the contract, the office has ghosted me, tried to hit me with illegal debit card processing fees, and is hiding my financial ledger. There is a dental office next door. Check them out before coming here. I made the greatest mistake of having them do some extensive work. Both times it was a disaster. Now, I'm in the process of paying more money to get it fixed. If you have options, I encourage you to look into those options before stepping foot into this establishment. UPDATE: please read their response. I had given this establishment the opportunity to correct their error with an extensive procedure of fixing my front tooth bite. During the procedure he shaved my tooth to fit the bite. However, I now have a gap in my bite and air pockets. I had contacted them a week after the procedure in July 2025. It took a month to get a reply. I then took it upon myself to check with another provider on what I see and his thoughts. The provider stated the work completed was far less than par. In order to fix this, it will cost me $8K out of pocket because Genesis has exhausted my dental benefits and will not reimburse me or fix this issue. This is the second time I had this exact issue with them. I trusted them to not make the same mistakes. I used loyalty and blinded my instincts. I should have listened to my intuition considering Dr.Foltz's has never made me feel comfortable or accepted during my annual checkups. I assumed it was me. However, with the statements below, my instincts were correct. Dr. Foltz doesn't genuinely care about his patients. If he did, he would have at least made an effort. Instead he excused my genuine concerns and told me to never come back. Please note that that my daughters and I have been a patients of Genesis dental for many years. If Dr.Foltz felt that he was inexperienced or uncomfortable with these types of procedures, then the proper steps would be for him to refer to another dentist. I double down on this location, do not come here. They will treat you just the same. Their dental technicians are fresh out of dental school and there are going to be mistakes that they are unwilling to correct. Also, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until after you see the work. Genesis dental advised me to sign a form stating I was satisfied with the work in an email PRIOR to my appointment and another form while waiting in the office. I have been a patient of Dr. Chandlers for two years using Invisalign to get the perfect smile. Although a very kid friendly clinic, I never felt out of place as an older patient. The office is conveniently located at Foothill Plaza and is bright and modern. I have never waited more than a minute from the time I arrive to the time I'm escorted to the exam area. I love an office that runs on time, every time. After completing the full course of Invisalign, I have had two additional rounds of trays to fine tune the contacts, at no additional cost.
