Me and my girlfriend have been going here for a few years now and they have done nothing but take care of us! I highly recommend going here!

Okay, I'm telling you now do not go to this place. I worked with Dr Larsen and my first visit was the worst experience. It was his attitude which felt very rude and transactional. My wife and children were scheduled to meet with them after my appointment and she came back and told me she felt the same vibe. The gal who was working with our children was not very good with the 3 kids who were very nervous and one was fussy and she felt like there was no patience. She overheard the same Dr Larsen speaking to an older man who was discussing his limited finances to afford work and she told me that he was pretty rude and also "transactional." Being very quick to dismiss the man. I didn't even tell her my experience but after that I called into the office and told them that we would not be going back and to cancel our follow ups. I don't know if private equity has gotten a hold of this dentistry which I don't mind but the client treatment is horrendous! One good thing that my wife mentioned is that Dr Richards was very welcoming and good to work with. She didn't work with Dr Larsen directly but overheard the convo. I'm usually never this direct about an experience but everyone at Elevate needs to know this kind of treatment is unacceptable. read more

Our family would only give dr. Larson three stars because even though some of his words seem nice, it seemed that the more we went the worse our teeth were. It seemed as though he tried to find all kinds of things to charge us for so we decided to leave. It seems like some of his prices were kind of high as well it's trying to find things to have a spend our money on that our teeth really didn't need. read more

Think twice about going to see Dr. Larsen. my wife took our 3 kids to see this guy and we came away with on average 5 cavities diagnosed each. here is the kicker my older child who was there to do his pre-mission paper work had only ever had 2 cavities his entire life was told he had 8. when we raised our eyebrows at his definition of a cavity we were told "he will not get his mission papers signed by us unless he gets those fixed first" we relented and had them fixed. Well here goes the rest of the story 2 of the fillings fell out and on returning to have them fixed we were told you will have some sensitivity for about a month there is "nothing" we can do about it. Well remember we took 3 kids to this fellow. We just took the youngest for a second opinion with another dentist and guess how many cavities? yup, 0 not a single hole. he said the marks were from orthodontic devices and the tooth was strong as ever. We won't be back. My understanding is that Dr. Larsen is building a new big building, Don't lose your way and try to fund it by drilling good teeth. Maybe he does better with old people teeth but he won't get to see our teeth ever again. unacceptable. read more

I'm giving you 3 stars because I know you're a new business that wants to succeed, and I want that too. I had a great cleaning and the hygienist and dentist were nothing but nice and great to speak to, but I am going to give some advice. 1) I was quoted a DISCOUNTED price for a veneer replacement at just over $1,000 and was told that if I go anywhere else it would be the same cost because insurance companies consider it to be cosmetic and don't cover it. Because I have already had 2 veneers on the same tooth, I knew that wasn't true but the lady I spoke with at the office wasn't having it. Her explanation was "Well you paid $350 back in 2014, but prices go up every year." That's very ridiculous. I ended up going to a different dentist who quoted me at $320 for the veneer replacement which is in line with what I expected it to be. Both places are calling and speaking with the same insurance company. Am I missing something? The lady at Elevated DID tell me she would send a letter to my insurance company pleading for the veneer to receive the coverage and that she would get back to me. Two months went by and this never happened. 2) While I think it's great and ambitious to take your new customers on a tour of the facility, I would be willing to bet that most of us don't care and would rather get in and out ASAP so we can get back to our jobs or life commitments. The tour was really nice, but it ended up adding 15 mins to my visit that I didn't actually have time for, especially when they knew I had already driven 35 mins to get there. 3) We, the consumers, don't care about goody bags that contain branded water bottles and other items like this. In fact, the first thing I thought of when I saw this was "If they are paying for this, where does that added cost get tacked on?" It's nice to receive an optional toothbrush and floss, but tbh most of us don't need more than that. Save your money. Spend your time and energy on getting lower costs for your patients. 4) Also, back to the veneer.....the only reason I decided to come for a cleaning and evaluation was because I was quoted on the phone beforehand what the cost of the veneer was and it was just under $400. When I showed up and spoke to the "financial" person, it was a completely different story and I got the "Well I don't know who you spoke with but they were mistaken." These kind of things need to be buttoned up. This is bad customer service in multiple areas. 5) ONLY do preventative work on patients IF you can see it's covered. I got a bill in the mail last week for $100 due to a panoramic x-ray that was not covered by my insurance as preventative. When I show up and get something like this done, I assume that it's covered. I am grateful that Elevated waived the $100, but in the future I think you should only do something over-and-above like this IF you know it's going to be covered from the get-go. Good luck to you. I won't be continuing with Elevated, but I really hope you tailor your services towards what customers want more and train staff how to accurately speak with insurance companies to provide correct pricing. read more

Top of the line visit. Wonderful treatment and information from Shae who was my hygienist and she is very thorough on her work. Very pleasant and personal treatment. I've been part of this company from the start and I hope they continue allowing me to be their patient!!!!!!! Thank you.. I love going to Dr. Larsen's office. He has the most friendly staff! I always feel comfortable with him and know I am in good hands. I went several years without going to the dentist because I was so unhappy with my previous dentist. I was so grateful that a friend referred me to Dr. Larsen. Garon is a class act, and an A+ dentist. Besides having a couple crowns addressed this year - which went better than any time in my life - I just went in and tried their new, hip ZOOM whitening procedure on my 48 year old teeth. Oh, baby! While I'm not Ross Gehler Chicklets White, I'm blown away by my 5-shades whiter look! Whiter teeth seriously takes years off. Because I live in Alpine, UT, Garon is so convenient. Prior to finding Dr. Larsen I was more frightened to go to the dentist than to have a baby without pain killers! I am no longer frightened. Not only is Dr. Larsen on top of the most current procedures, he is as gentle as can be, as are his hygienists and assistants. They are all sensitive to the patient's needs, along with being friendly and professional at the same time. The "Before" and "After" photos taken of my mouth show the entire story. For years I was self conscious of my laugh or smile because of previous dental work. Now I brag about my "pretty" mouth and show people the results. Very impressive. I'd be glad to share my photos with anyone who is interested. I live 3 hours away from Alpine Dental Care in which I often travel through stormy weather and through a couple of mountain passes. Dr. Larsen has been my dentist of choice for many years, but I hadn't been to see him for many years.... Going to the dentist was never a popular choice for me. However, a broken tooth from a fender bender a couple of years ago (!) necessitated a visit. I was concerned about the hit my ego would take after Dr. Larsen saw my poor dental health, but he was very easy to talk to about my lack of visiting, and very concerned about that broken tooth. Once he saw it, he cleared his schedule for an emergency root canal and preparing for a crown. Now, normally these procedures mean fear and pain, but Dr. Larsen and his staff made me feel so at ease, their techniques so painless, it made my 5 hours in the chair so much better than I had imagined it to be. The 2 weeks between this dental marathon and my crown fitting were very easy, as their work took a lot of the anxiety out of the wait. The crown fitting was also painless and easy, and the new crown is so perfect! I eat on that side of my mouth without pain, sensitivity, or concern!
