I went to this nail salon previously in the past for a dip manicure, the nails lasted less than a…read moreweek then started chipping. After going to a few other places and talking to experienced nail techs, I realized it was because nail spa does not use base coat for dip. Recently, I thought I'd give it another try because it is closer to my home. I went back for a dip manicure. The manager tried to say it didn't matter to use the base coat, people only do that to use less dip color. She blamed my nails not lasting on the fact they may not have dried all the way, whatever. Well, I ended up getting them done. I spent $56 plus a $7 tip. My nails started chipping in about a week with six of my ten nails. By the time I arranged to go back, it was on day 10. She said that it was because I use my fingers and dip only lasts 2 weeks. I was frustrated, and just had them soak my nails off and I left. A WASTE of 63$ Mind you, I have had dip on my nails for years without this problem. The past two times, she kept asking me why I'm coming there if other places do better. Well, now I will be sure not to come back. I knew better than to give that place another chance. Highly do NOT recommend if you are looking for a longer lasting dip manicure!!!

First, they sat us 5 seats away, and she had to sit by herself. She is 8 years old. The man who was doing her nails was laughing at her because when he pushed back her cuticles, it hurt her. Our appointment was at 5pm and we didn't get out until 7pm. My nieces nails took 10 minutes. I kid you not. I showed the young woman what I wanted, and it took her two hours to get this... I spent 75 dollars (for just myself. 105 altogether including my niece and tip.) The first photo below is my inspiration photo. I asked for TWO C's. The letter on BOTH of my ring fingers. I asked her to keep the hearts on both of my index fingers. She proceeded all four C's on my ring and used finger. She then put a heart on both pinkies. My middle finger and my thumbs were supposed to be French tip. I don't even know what she did. You can see the bubbles and where she placed the fake nail. It looks cheap. I am VERY disappointed. I really want a refund. The designs are shaky and unprofessional. I do not recommend going there!

She didn't measure my nails like put them side by side on each to see if they were even or close to even so when I realized it I had to have her fix it. We both were seated, and someone started on my mom right away. I sat next to her and waited with my feet in the water for her entire pedicure. I thought maybe the lady doing her pedicure would do mine right after since the other techs kept taking in new clients and ignoring me. There were 4 other techs working. However, when my mom's tech finished, she just went in the back and didn't come out until a new walk-in customer came in. I had to wait until another tech was done with a separate pedicure. My tech was nice and reheated the water, but the owner (I'm assuming) didn't apologize or even acknowledge that I'd been waiting for an hour with my feet in cold water. She was just chit chatting with another customer (that came in after me). I'm not the type to cause a scene at all. I kept looking at the owner, but she wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge how long I'd been waiting. Won't be coming back here again. If you cannot take walk-ins, don't say you can. It was a waste of time and honestly I felt disrespected.
