It took me a little bit of searching for the store front. GPS will lead you to believe its right on the corner McConnel and Bryon Ct. However, if you are on Bryon Ct. it's actually closer to the main road crossing than it is to McConnel. Look for the grayish blue business buildings on your left hand side. It's facing the street on the bottom floor. If you've reached the bakery on the corner you went a little too far. This cute boutique shop is small in size but carries a lot of items that you're not going to typically find in a corporate box store. The items are on the more pricey side, but what your getting in exchange is high quality, green friendly, non traditional baby items as well as personal hygiene care for mom before and after pregnancy. I decided to go with a really great sash for carrying the baby (on consignment. So it was a awesome discount.) A very soft muslin material milestone blanket, a pacifier holder (really great brand! Doesn't shrink back pacifier on string too harshly), and some mama care items. I could have bought so many wonderful things. Soft diaper liners and covers, a great variety of baby carriers and sashes, baby clothes, food utensils, and bottles. Sweet toys and teethers jewelry for baby. A lot of hygiene care items even if your not pregnant or nursing. I really valued the items they carry. I left their store feeling really good about the one of a kind items I bought for my dear friend. Afterward I grabbed a bite to eat at the bakery just down the street. They have 3 hour parking next to the waterfront, so the whole experience was so delightful. Plus, the help I got shopping couldn't be beat. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered, and I never felt pressure to buy anything. Afterward, the cashier packaged it up for me with a gift bag in such a pretty presentation. The stress of finding just the right gift melted away. There isn't a lot of stores here at the waterfront to browse, but I found the whole atmosphere was a very pleasant one. And they do have events going on here all the time. On this particular day the Kitsap Art school was having an end of the year event with music, balloons, food, and face painting. Plus a birthday going on in the park. It made my afternoon to come to a place where there were many families just enjoying the weekend near the Silverdale waterfront.

I spent a few hours on Bainbridge Island during a family trip to Seattle, and we enjoyed a leisurely browse at this bookstore. It was well stocked with books of every genre, as well as a strong selection of gifts and toys. My Seattle friend told me Eagle Harbor had carried my book, at least when it first came out, so I forgave them for no longer having it on the shelves six years later. I was very happy to see my friends Kara Loo and Jennifer Young's novel in the romance section. It's their first book, and I think it's a good sign that the store stocks new releases by debut writers. I really just love a good bookstore, and being in Eagle Harbor Book Company made me happy, even as my children demanded I buy them every colorful thing that entered their field of vision. I'd be a regular if I lived on the island. I could rent a space next door and start solving crimes.

What kind of store doesn't want to sell their items? Unbelievable! How do they stay in business? She even asked my 10 year old are you following me? I found that very rude! The worst store I've ever been in. First of all, we were a family of 4 and my children each got one. You took out that jelly cat you did not put on the floor on your own. We did not ask for you to take anything out besides asking if you had another quantity of the pink bunny. We knew nothing about the another one you brought out on your own. It's doesn't especially mean if we're a family of four we could do 4 transactions. So don't say we're lying when you caused all this. We are not your only bad review, we have seen your past reviews on Google. I still don't recommend this place to any families with children or anyone in general. Have a great day. You can stop replying and not opening it to the public because it's showing guilt. I'm sure I'm not the only bad review you'll ever get considering how you run your business.
