Hot tip: Get there when they open. Less crowded. Waves of people come and go. It can get tight in the store. Sometimes in the past, they've limited the amount of people in the store and personally I really like that because it changes my shopping experience. I don't get easily agitated. The staff is pretty helpful and they move quite quick in the checkout line. Big bonus is that they are always willing to help and try and find a deal for you. Big bonus to the military discount. Really no problems other than the amount of times I'm asked if I am part of the Nike app. We were really knocked out of the park for our kids shoes here especially my teenage son . The lines for entering and checking out are ridiculous. I'm simply here to make a return and have to wait in this winding maze. Staff roaming around asking ppl if they nike members with scanners but can't separate a checkout line from a return line. What's the purpose if starting the process via the app if you waiting 30+ minutes for lack of assistance. There should be a better system in place, this was a horrible experience. Get to the front guy calls next in line I let him know I have a return he says ok. Get to him and he can't complete my return because it was an online order, needless to say I'm moved to another register where I'm finally able to complete my return. I just didn't need anything. They had great prices, options, open space, and customer service! Everyone loves a bargain and that is why shoppers flock to outlet malls. When you hear Williamsburg most think of a few things, but top on most list is shopping. My ten year old so who is in 5th grade has all of a sudden become concerned about his looks and clothes... hmmm. This is a boy who just earlier this year could not be dragged to shop. I guess my son is the last boy at school to not have the latest fashion... I some how doubt this. So after months of him asking for new Nike's and Nike Elite socks I made the trek up to Williamsburg Outlet to do some birthday shopping since he was almost ready to turn 11. I have been to this outlet over a dozen times. It was Prime and recently went through an ownership change a year, or so again and has not been updated in the Yelp system. The Nike store has not been a place where I have made a purchase in the past and have only browsed. The Nike store is in the middle of the outlet so you know where to park if only coming to it. The place is quite expansive and lots of stock of every kind of Nike shoe that seemed imaginable, well maybe. I found it to be extremely well organized by gender and size. So I was able to go right where I needed, look for a selection of interest. A few staff people approached me and asked if I needed help which was great. It was not busy on a weekday morning and they appeared well staffed. The woman gave me the lay of the land and It did not take long to find shoes in my sons size. I picked out a pair that I thought he would really like and they were around $20 cheaper than retail... SCORE! I found that there were such great bargains I bought a pair for myself and daughter. Now onto the Nike Elite socks, I did not expect this to be the difficult part of the trip. However, they had a very slim selection, but a nice staff person was willing to look in back in case some had not been pulled. It ended up they only had two pair of Elite socks size 4-6 in the entire store, pretty shocking. The socks run retail $16-$18. One of the pair was $9, the other $14. I have no idea why the price discrepancy, just glad to walk out with some even if they may not been the first choice in color. Check out was smooth and the cashier friendly. My son has now wore his shoes for a few weeks and they have held up well with almost every day use. Same story for my daughter, no issues with several weeks wear. As for me I have wore mine a few times and they are very comfortable. This is the first pair of Nike's that I can recall ever owning. I see no reason I would not come back other than in order to make an hour and half round trip I need another reason to be in the area. read more

I love Nike and all of their stores. I always have a great experience when visiting this location. The staff is helpful and friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the store is neat and clean. They are practicing social distancing and only allow a limited amount of people into the store at a time. Hand sanitizer is offered and masks are required as well. The only reason I gave them three stars instead of four or five is because the selection they have is scarce and very limited, at least for women. I had a hard time finding leggings and hoodies for myself. They had a limited variety, maybe only 2-3 styles to choose from, which, I'm not used to. The leggings were the same ones I bought back in June. Maybe it's due to shipments being held up.I'll try again in a few months. read more

I went in the Nike store. That place was the most crowded of all stores here. Had some nice sales. Some shirts were 3 for $30. Shoes, a lot better priced than anywhere else you'd get Nike shoes. Visited twice in two days and got great deals both days! Yesterday I purchased a pair of sneakers for myself and got an extra 20% off. Today my partner found 2 t-shirts she loved for $30 and my sister's boyfriend got a jersey and two hats for less than $25. Excellent deals and great service. Update (10/19/2017): Called the store to get a copy of my receipt (after wearing the shoe for the second time, found that they were defective) and the manager, Katie was super helpful! She went above and beyond and looked it up, was so patient and even faxed it to me with a nice note. When I come back to Williamsburg, I will definitely be visiting this store again due to great customer service! read more

Me and my son went to the Nike outlet yesterday in search for some school shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have the specific shoe he was looking for so he was unhappy. We stopped an employee named Kendell and asked if they might happen to have them in the back. Kendell let's us know that he didn't think they did in the size we needed but that he would check and also find us something fresh that my son may like. When he came back he didn't have the shoes we were originally looking for but he did have two other options that my son actually liked so that was a big relie. we ended up leaving happier because we bought one of the pairs he brought us and lucky for me they were on sale. I go to this store maybe 3-4 a year since it's a drive, but I'm glad I went last month. The service I got from Ro was the best I've ever gotten in a athletic store. From the moment that I walked in, until the moment that I left (approximately 10 minutes), I encountered 6 employees. Only 1 of them spoke to me, briefly asking if I needed help, after I walked past him the second time. I was the only customer in the store, yet received (almost) no attention. Nike Outlet in Williamsburg is a very large store with decent prices on shoes. We didn't look at much else. They had a very poor selection of Jordans, but we found some other shoes that were discounted pricing compared to regular retail stores. We went on a Sunday and they were quite busy. We needed help, but could never find someone to help us. The aisles are very small, so you have to make sure you are not claustrophobic before heading in. The line was soooooooo long, but it seemed to move relatively quickly. Overall, we would probably go back for the shoes, but probably on a less busy weekday. read more

If you like old bulky shoes, go to the back wall. If you have weird taste in sneakers like I do, you may find a "gem". I'm not a fan of their running selection but their basketball kicks seem to be on point. Kobes never sold when I sold shoes in college. But Nike has a couple pairs that you may like. There, you can find the Jordans that no one has... Not because they're the select few that exist. It's because no one thought they were cool enough to wear. Be prepared for the madhouse. read more

This Nike factory outlet store has a good selection of shoes. Every time I come back, there are new styles of shoes. Some are good, some are not bad. I've been to other Nike factory outlet stores, and those other locations have a much bigger store and bigger selection of everything from shoes to athletic gear. I noticed that they women's section of this store is much smaller than the men's section. This location has some sale items and they're great and all, but I still find it a bit on the pricy end. read more

Don't get me wrong - I'm a big Nike fan. But this outlet is anything but an outlet. Everything is as costly as at a regular Nike - for the same amount, I can get this season's gear. Great store and decent deals....This place is always so extremely packed and hard to get around in where the shoe section is located. They do have clothing items to shop for but the concentration of people are where the shoes are located. They also don't have any Jordans and every once in a while they do have air force shoes. Just mostly your running shoes, low class basketball shoes, mostly basic stuff. I am giving 3 stars only because of how hard it is to get around due to the amount of people. I had been guaranteed a replacement pair of shoes by the Nike service center and his response was that he would give me $37 on my $75 pair of shoes because that's their store policy. I am so disappointed in the quality of clothes from Nike. Last week I took my 14 and 12 yo sons to the outlets. They both needed shirts. I was so thankful they picked out 2/$25 and 2/$20 deals. We went to the beach this weekend and the boys wore their shirts for a total of 3 hours each. We got home and I washed them on cold and hung to dry, then fluffed them in the dryer for 10 minutes. The men's Medium shirts would be lucky to fit a Men's Small. What a waste of money! We spend an average of about $200 a month on Nike products but I am done! I will say the people at the store were very helpful and friendly but unfortunately the products are terrible! read more

i just wanted to say a special thank you to the store manager who helped me the other day! My girls and I had driven to these outlets for some back to school shopping and had left a bag from another store at this Nike location. My daughter had purchased some shoes and a few other things and left without our other bag. After tracking it down, the employees actually looked and found the bag, then forwarded me to the manager. We had a great quick convo and I explained that it would be tough to head back over there as we are about a 1.5 hour drive away. He promptly asked for my address and shipped it out! He did ask that i never shop at the other store again. We have been coming to this store about twice a year for several years, btw. So here goes... WE WILL NEVER SHOP AT UNDER ARMOUR AGAIN!
