This year, I went in person and was told she would get a tryout, but instead of scheduling it, I was asked to email again in two weeks. As a customer, I shouldn't have to keep chasing the school for updates or appointments. A well-managed business should collect my information, follow up, and make the process easy. Unfortunately, I felt like my time and interest didn't matter. Because of this experience, they have lost us as customers and I hope who read this message doesn't become a customer either.

The classes are casual (leotards and tights aren't required) but structured and challenging. Mallory and Maya are excellent teachers and will break down the movements as many times as necessary. And the demonstrators, who are some of the older dancers at the studio, are also so amazing with the kids. They offer a wide variety of classes (tap, jazz, ballet, acro, etc) once the dancers are of the right age to start them, as well as having a killer competition team. This summer (2021) they offered camps in addition to summer classes. Both of my daughters participated in camp, and they loved sharing all the fun activities & dancing they did during the day. I've been going to Green Locus Yoga for close to two years now. I started when I first got pregnant and now my son is 13 months. Wow, does time fly. Most recently, we attended a one year old birthday here. It was perfect! Here was the set up. We ran in 15 minutes late (of course. Btw how were all the other moms on time? I honestly thought we would all be that late.) The class had already started and kids and moms were dancing on their yoga mats. I really respect places that are timely! We had about 30 minutes of yoga/body movement to music (about 45 minutes for everyone who was on time). Then we had some refreshments the mom brought. I thought it was over at this point, but no, we had more structured play with a giant parachute! I thought it was a fantastic way to structure the birthday for one year olds - they have the attention span of squirrels so that food break was a necessity. At the end of the party, Mallory, the owner, told everyone to stay as long as we liked, but of course being moms of toddlers, everyone ran for nap time. However, it is a good feeling knowing you are never rushed to leave. After throwing Yoshi's first birthday at my house this year, this seems like the perfect alternative for his next birthday. They have a cap of 12 parents/kids (so a total of about 25), which makes sense for the space. We had a blast and the class was perfectly suited for the age of the kids.

I recently attended a wedding there and it was a total disaster. It was sooooo bad that the bride was in tears almost having a breakdown. The bride trusted these people to cater and have her event there and it was not good. The appetizers that were served were all cold and looked that they were of the most cheapest quality that you can imagine. They served mozzarella cheese sticks that looked tan in color ( it did not look like appealing at all) and it was cold. The bride and her family had made trays of appetizers that were never taken out, and let's not even mention the food that was served. It was horrible. I am posting one picture that was supposed to be penne pasta with pesto sauce and chicken and the sauce was red. It looked totally disgusting. It was cold. They also served "spaghetti & meatballs, and the meatballs were pale in color, come to find out they substituted them for Turkey meatballs. Again, cold food and very poor presentation. Not the quality and caliber of an experienced catering company at all. As if that wasn't bad enough, a guest had mentioned that as they were walking out of the bathroom they noticed the "caterers" took a gallon of water and poured it over a tray of pasta that was sitting on a warmer and used their hands to mix it with NO GLOVES ON!!!!' The pasta was precooked and they just poured water over it, that's why it was cold. And to top it off, the "catering company " took one of the tiers of the wedding cake home with them, in the box and all, so they stole from the bride also. The owner of the establishment refuses to say who the caterers were and that's not fair to that bride. Her wedding was RUINED. Her guests were gone by 10:00pm and I have never been to a wedding that ended so quickly. We ended up ordering some pizzas for the few of us that were left. And now the bride is STILL waiting to get refunded for the food she paid for and the services that she paid for and she keeps getting the run around. Please, the bride paid ALOT of money to rent this hall and have her most important day of her life catered and it was a total disaster. People are still talking about this and it's been 2 weeks already. I feel so bad for this bride and the embarrassment that she just experienced. Below is a picture of the chicken dish that was served cold. It was nasty. I really hope that no one makes the mistake of hiring these people, one person already had their special day ruined. I do not want to see anyone else go through this. Please do your research and pick someone better. ( the bride did her research and was presented with a whole menu, and the food she was given was totally different) also the bride trusted these people because everything she was presented seemed to be on the up and up.

Her energy, choreography and music choices are SICK! As a Korean K-Pop dancer I can follow routines and steps well but I lack the raw energy and that swerve needed to do all the bouncing, gyrsting, and vibrating! So we did, but then the usher said we needed to redeem that at will call. Just seemed their system isn't very modern. It's also not that cheap. The air conditioning definitely wasn't on in the summer and they charge a convenience fee but say the shows are priced "low" to share events with everyone, which seemed disingenuous. If I may wrap in the show to the review, we went to see the music of Burt Bacharach which was scheduled for 2 hours. The jazz renderings were fine, singer and band were competent but not well known, but they only did an hour of Bacharach, about a half hour of random songs, then left early, possibly to beat the traffic. My mom was so disappointed as she listed all the song she hoped to hear and didn't. They definitely had time to cover a lot more of what they promised and just didn't. I did a follow up survey on this and for a form response. Plenty of parking and the ushers who were volunteers seemed nice. The venue could be decent for small shows if the AC is turned on. The show was definitely overpriced for what it was. It would make a decent lounge show while we had drinks. The ticketing system, comfort, and show were all lacking for me.
