I will be taking action against you and your LLC on 06.17.26 i asked dirty hands on wheels if he could repair my car. he said sure. I asked if he has done this type of work, he said yes. the alternator was needing to be replaced. day 1 it took 5.5 hours to have my alternator removed however it was removed. I took the alternator to have it rebuilt day 2 it took 5 hours. dirty hands on wheels was running behind and was bringing a little one. I said no problem. I can understand. the baby was crying which I totally understand. Today the alternator was installed however i wondered how the mechanic was going to be able to focus on putting my car back together and keep an eye on his toddler. there was an incident at the location of where my car broke down. it was the feds arresting an employee. during this intense altercation instead of the mechanic working and focusing on my car he runs towards the altercation involving the feds. once he saw their guns he came back towards my car. finally he said he needed to put his child to bed. I was very understanding and said ok. Granted my car has not been put back together. Day 3. he still working on my car and putting the serpentine belt back on. So the mechanic kind of just sat there at my car looking under the hood. all this time I'm thinking is every thing OK. finally I saw the mechanic putting up his tools but my car is NOT repaired. He meaning the owner of Dirty Hands on Wheels stated that he could NOT finish the job. He wasn't able to put the serpentine belt on. i was very upset it comes to find out that Dirty Hands on Wheels LLC was in over his head. he took apart a lot of things that didn't need to be removed being the oil filter and didn't put the radiator fan back in place. the actual radiator had dents in it from trying to remove the alternator I was unable to find any mechanic that was willing to come behind the sloppy work performed by. Dirty Hands on Wheels this mechanic damaged my vehicle. he definitely didn't have the correct tools for the serpentine belt. After dealing with this I sold my car bc I couldn't find a mechanic willing to touch my car after this so called mechanic totally messed up my car. I wish he had NEVER touched my car

Got in a fender bender and there was a decent amount of damage to the front of my truck but it…read morewould still run and drive. Auto Tow was the first truck to arrive so I decided to let them have the job. The guy mentioned that since my truck was rear wheel drive, he would have to put it on dollies. I told him I didn't think that was necessary since the truck would still shift into neutral. He asked for the keys to check, and to pull it up to the back of his truck..but then continued to put on the dollies! I asked again if that was necessary and he said that it was to avoid further damage, so I allowed him to continue. I was in no mood to argue and wanted to get off the side of the interstate and I knew insurance would reimburse me. However, when the body shop picked up the truck, I asked their driver if dollies were needed, he laughed and said no, of course not. They charged an extra $175 for something that wasn't needed at all. That being said, everything else was fine. The driver was quite nice and the ride was fine.

It wasn't an easy job for sure but they damaged my fence while dragging the truck. I have all of them on camera viewing the damage to my fence. Accidents happen but the very way they handled it was no accident. The inspector is liable but it's just the very idea nobody left a note or came to the door and the driver actually waved at me after the damage had been done. Pretty wild. They get this review score because it aligns with their lack of accountability and integrity. Theres absolutely no way I'd call on them to tow my vehicle, ever. I would just stay stranded.
