The owner of this company was, by far, the most helpful person/company that I have contacted since moving to Kansas City. On a Sunday, they responded to me almost immediately. I was stuck in an unfamiliar part of town, had no knowledge of the steps necessary to fix my issue, and no direction on who to contact for help. I knew that it would likely involve a towing company, but didn't know if other options were available. This company responded immediately, told me what options I had (despite some of those options not involving the use of his company), informed me of the kind of area I was in, provided me with links to be able to reach out to companies that could possibly assist me, and continued to follow up with me to be sure I was navigating the process okay. In the end, it was not necessary for me to use their services, but they were genuinely happy that I had solved my problem, and told me to let them know if I needed anything else. I needed a tow for a vehicle that would not start. I received a call within 15 minutes of requesting the tow. He asked if I started the vehicle and gave it a try and it started. He said it was flooded. I still took it to the shop to get it checked. He did not charge the full $175 since it didn't need to be towed afterall.
