I contacted the tow company and told them that. they told me the actual owner was sending title in to get it transferred. today i got a certified letter regarding the vehicle. I called DMV and they told me i can disregard the letter or since i was registered owner of the vehicle i could pay whats owed and get the vehicle. I called the tow company again and they told me even though im the registered owner there is a 2nd lien holder ( notice of sale)on it and only that 2nd lien holder could get the vehicle. DMV doesnt show a 2nd lien. if i cannot get the vehicle then why keep sending me letters on it? im not responsible for any tow bill or storage

His first priority was safety for me and my passenger when he stopped with flashers on to alert other drivers. Then he helped get me pushed around the corner onto the shoulder of East bound 40 Hwy where we could wait for a tow. Crazy traffic that time of day. The driver didn't have to stop to help -- as he was on the way to another emergency. But for our safety, safety of the car, and safety of other drivers he took his own time to stop and help.
