He took the car to the dealership and dropped the key in the box, we didn't even have to follow behind. Above all else, they were extremely quick and we received service within 30 minutes of calling. He made arrangements quickly, talking the situation over with the shop owner to coordinate. Robert arrived shortly thereafter, and he was absolutely incredible. He arrived promptly, moved the car seamlessly and quickly, and made sure to coordinate with everyone on site. However, he also brought tremendously bright energy to what was otherwise a headache of a situation. Thanks to both Robert and Dan for their amazing work today. I will be taking action against you and your LLC on 06.17.26 i asked dirty hands on wheels if he could repair my car. he said sure. I asked if he has done this type of work, he said yes. the alternator was needing to be replaced. day 1 it took 5.5 hours to have my alternator removed however it was removed. I took the alternator to have it rebuilt day 2 it took 5 hours. dirty hands on wheels was running behind and was bringing a little one. I said no problem. I can understand. the baby was crying which I totally understand. Today the alternator was installed however i wondered how the mechanic was going to be able to focus on putting my car back together and keep an eye on his toddler. there was an incident at the location of where my car broke down. it was the feds arresting an employee. during this intense altercation instead of the mechanic working and focusing on my car he runs towards the altercation involving the feds. once he saw their guns he came back towards my car. finally he said he needed to put his child to bed. I was very understanding and said ok. Granted my car has not been put back together. Day 3. he still working on my car and putting the serpentine belt back on. So the mechanic kind of just sat there at my car looking under the hood. all this time I'm thinking is every thing OK. finally I saw the mechanic putting up his tools but my car is NOT repaired. He meaning the owner of Dirty Hands on Wheels stated that he could NOT finish the job. He wasn't able to put the serpentine belt on. i was very upset it comes to find out that Dirty Hands on Wheels LLC was in over his head. he took apart a lot of things that didn't need to be removed being the oil filter and didn't put the radiator fan back in place. the actual radiator had dents in it from trying to remove the alternator I was unable to find any mechanic that was willing to come behind the sloppy work performed by. Dirty Hands on Wheels this mechanic damaged my vehicle. he definitely didn't have the correct tools for the serpentine belt. After dealing with this I sold my car bc I couldn't find a mechanic willing to touch my car after this so called mechanic totally messed up my car. I wish he had NEVER touched my car

My preferred garage was open even if a lot of businesses were closed. Pro-Tow was also open and, as promised, they had a truck here in half an hour. The driver asked what was wrong and I told him my car wouldn't start. I thought it was the battery, but I had tried to jump-start it from my wife's car (which was parked right next to it in the garage) and he told me to hang on a sec. He went to his truck and came back with a mobile jump battery pack. He connected it and started my car right away and explained that cars like my wife's (a Lexus) have protections built in to prevent too much of a surge from going in or out or else their on-board computing systems could get fried. He said that I was never going to get enough of a charge from her car to jump mine. I thanked him profusely and asked what I owed him and he held up his hands and said "Nah. Don't worry about it. You have a nice day," got in his truck and drove off. I hope I never need a tow truck again (don't we ALL hope that?). But if I do, I am calling Pro-Tow.

They made sure they had all my information. As you can see in the screenshot they texted me to confirm my appointment. My first clue should have been when the lady behind me was greeted and assisted before me, I realized we were not probably getting the same service but I thought that the man assisting people was rude for not acknowledging me at all, even after we had eye contact. We agreed that my wife and I would not be waiting, and would pick it up in the afternoon. When I got the quote they said a couple of hours. So at around 5:00 I called to see if the service was complete. I was then informed that my vehicle was on the ticket for tomorrow. I completely understand that things come up and life happens, and that my vehicle was not an emergency, or broke down. I was just dumbfounded that they didn't reach out to me in any way! I told the person I spoke to on the phone that I was on my way to retrieve my vehicle. When we got there I went in and spoke with a lady about getting my vehicle. I expressed my disappointment, frustration, and confusion. I did lose my cool and used profanity at the very end of our conversation. I had apologized for my attitude and said may I have my keys please. She agreed with my frustration and then told me my vehicle was being pulled up for me. That's when I freaked out, why in the world would you have to get in my vehicle, adjust settings for YOUR COMFORT, and roll down the windows and move the mirror, just to move the f***ing vehicle literally like a parking space! I just couldn't believe you can't do the service when agreed on, not contact me in any manner saying, Hey we are keeping YOUR vehicle longer, and then act like you are doing me some kind of favor by moving it! Get the f**k out of my vehicle. Needless to say, we did not get anything done to our vehicle at this location, but we did waste time, and effort. Thanks for nothing but frustration! I would a negative number if possible!!

He said, "They can fix it in 10 minutes and it will cost you about $16." Yeah, right. So I headed Westside 66 and kept my fingers crossed. The cashier told me to pull around back and they would look at the tire. Honestly, within ten minutes... the tire was fixed and it cost $16. I could not believe my good luck on finding this place. The mechanic who worked on my tire was nice, professional and he knew exactly what to do to get me fixed. He did not waste time with small talk and he got me right on my way. The cashier was very nice and courteous. She, too, was professional and very helpful. I appreciate her guidance. I asked her if they had been busy and she said it was a slow day for them. It was hard to believe it was a slow work day because both bays were filled and other cars were lined up for service. I will definitely go back to this station for service. I had counted on being there for hours but it was quick, efficient, professional service. WOW. Still cannot believe my luck with this wonderful shop.

Very impressed with the Dales Tow Service. My car wasn't starting at Target and Eric came to save the day. He tested my battery and tried to start it with his jumper cables to see if it would even start, trying to ease my worries to see if it was just my battery - which I appreciated. Eric is very customer service oriented, informative, and just a pleasant person to be around. He made the situation seamless and really took a lot of stress off of an already stressful situation. Incredibly impressed with the tow service I received from Dale's last night. Eric was personable and extremely responsive. I was given a conservative wait time and Eric showed up within 20 minutes.
