Placed an order 5/3 for same day delivery. They called back quickly informing me that the vase I ordered was out of stock, but said they would use another vase which would be nicer. I said it was fine, it was for a friends birthday and I just wanted them to deliver that day. They didn't arrive that day, and according to whoever tried to deliver they arrived around 1pm and knocked but no one was home. My friend was home all day. They delivered the next day and one flower was already dead (see attached picture.) $65 for this arrangement? Not okay. I called in to voice my concerns about the flowers and whoever I spoke with argued that the vase they used was more expensive then what I ordered. Terrible customer service, horrible arrangement, I am not happy and will not order again. read more

Meh...that's all I have to say about the two bouquets I ordered for my mother and aunt for Mother's Day/birthday. $200+ spent and they were lackluster roses didn't bloom. Everything died within that week as well. Save your money and just order from FTD at least you'll get some length out of those flowers! read more

Little disappointed ordered flowers for my nieces birthday off of your website! What was ordered and what was received look totally different! What was ordered looks like at least 2 dozen roses and what was received was 1/2 that with a whole lot of greenery! I wish I could post pictures on here! Ordering from out of state for a business to employee delivery of sympathy flowers. Had a hard time finding a real local florist for all the scammers who took my order and then promptly cancelled. Smith Funeral Home referred me to Dandelion (Thanks Smith's!) and Dandelion's had a live person answer and take my order. Very friendly and accommodating what I needed. Also promised same day delivery! Thank you so much, really appreciate the service and friendly service! NOTE: unless you call this florist DIRECTLY, you are getting scammers who collect orders for a certain (increased) price with a stock photo; when they can't find a real florist to accept the order, they cancel and leave you hanging. If they were successful in finding a florist, the scammers kept most of your money so the product you actually receive is much less than what you paid for. DON'T ORDER ONLINE - CALL A FLORIST!!! Living in Southern CA, I ordered a spray online from Doreen's Desert Rose website. It looked great online so I crossed my fingers it would be delivered on time and look close to the picture on the website. Turns out, the arrangement was even more beautiful. The florist called me shortly after I placed the order online as they were out of one of the types of flowers in the arrangement but made recommendations of other flowers that would still work with the arrangement. I Ended up calling this flower bouquet store for a friend that lives in the area... It was her birthday and I was trying to find a place that would deliver flowers to her work! I ended up calling a spoke with I'm very sweet, polite, and professional. Girl named Sophia, who did not just help me figure out what kind of flower arrangement I was looking for.. but ! Also suggested favorite colors for possible arrangements and ECT! Definitely getting this place a five-star could not ask to have spoken with a more helpful person! I am a little late getting to this post, but I must express my appreciation for this wonderful flower shop. I had my wedding in Fallon this last August, it was a little tough to plan living in California. I did not have many opportunities to get to Fallon to plan everything, but Doreen worked with my schedule and was able to accommodate all of my needs. Her and her staff went above and beyond for my wedding! I couldn't believe how beautiful my flowers were. I ended up with extra flowers and her staff very nicely helped decorate my venue and even added some beautiful final touches to me cake. The day of my wedding was a little stressful and my husband was running a bit late, but her staff patiently waited for us and delivered my bouquet's and boutonnières, they were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop for any flower needs. I was able to show Doreen a couple of my Ideas that I had in mind and she blew me away! I couldn't be happier:) read more

Shocking if not a disappointing waste of my $225 and time! I called this local florist, asking for a large Christmas style array to be delivered to Banner hospital, specifically to the Dr. who saved my life and her staff. But any input on my part to "design" this very pricey array... like a garland with small Christmas things in it, some flowers, etc., was met with "the owner of the shop does that, is very good at it, and will do what she seems best" Really? With my money apparently! I gave up having any say-so after 3 tries, then asked that I would really like to see the ... whatever it was this "pro florist" had designed for me, but was told, repeatedly, that "she doesn't do that" Huh? Doesn't have a cell phone for a quick pic? So my husband finally gets time to go back to the hospital about 4 days later, and takes that photo. Just a bouquet? Are you kidding me? Large, yes. How I magined this $225 array of Christmas cheer would look like? Not even close! Terrible customer service, awful floral designer. read more

Just received a birthday arrangement from this florist, and most of the greenery and some of the flowers are wilted. The arrangement isn't even pretty. It looks like they took their leftover flowers and greens and stuck them in something and dropped them on my doorstep. Awful. Just awful. read more

I ordered an arrangement online for my grandmothers funeral service, I paid over $100 and when I saw the flowers in person I felt sick! Maybe a $30 arrangement at best. I believe that since I ordered online and my adress was in another state from the delivery adress, the florist thought I would never see the flowers and skimped. I have worked with many florists and have experienced this before with deliveries. I also had to pay an extra $10 to have the flowers delivered despite the fact that the florist was less than 5 miles from the delivery address. Horrible experience! Update: After calling the shop and speaking with the owner she offered a discount because I wasn't happy. Overall I felt it was good customer service and the owner did seem concerned that I was disappointed. My advice would be to order in person and pick up your flowers yourself. read more
