Okay, fair enough, I don't want to make people work for free, but I thought they might credit that to me in the future should I have a repair. Which I did, just about a month later. I was 48 hours away from trading in my iPhone XS when I dropped it and broke the screen, needing an expensive repair. While I was not given the $50 in labor I had previously spent (and didn't get a repair) I was given a $10 discount and a working phone about 90 minutes after I dropped it off. Will probably come back here if I need to in the future, but this place is definitely at or above market price, and expect to pay for work even if your phone doesn't get fixed.
