Today I took my watch to Brent Miller in Lancaster they have a sterling reputation. Their watchmaker opened up my watch they said it looks like it never been serviced the inside was dirty and is both gaining and losing time and the gasket which is supposed to be replaced so it remains waterproof was the original gasket that was in the watch and never been replaced. I cannot say enough negative things about Leitzel's Jewelry, they completely screwed me and had me pay a couple of hundred bucks for either shoddy work and lied and didn't do the work. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

The gemstone he picked is of incredible quality and the ring not only looks like new, it looks even way better than it did on the day my fiance proposed. And if that wasn't enough, he also fixed the chip in the original opal and turned it into a pendant necklace that I intend to wear for our wedding. I also had my best friend's wedding less than two weeks after I requested their services and they got both done within that timeframe--I couldn't believe the turnaround time! Their services were fast, friendly, professional, and of incredible quality. I was very nervous about taking my engagement ring to a jeweler other than the ring's designer, but I had nothing to worry about with New World Jewelers and will now take ALL of my jewelry design needs to them. Never take a color stone to have it mounted here. They mounted my 4 carat ruby and destroyed it…read more I don't know what they did, but the stone had a SI2 clarity grade. Now the ruby has a DeClassified clarity grade. Many colored stones have treatments such as polymers, glass, and oils which change when heat or harsh chemicals are applied. The bench jeweler made a negative comment to me when I viewed the finished piece. I am not happy with the results.

Belden still charged me for the link removed, even though they broke one of my watches, then failed to communicate with the technician to which they sent the watch. They repair took more than three weeks, and I had to repeatedly call the store to ensure that progress was being made. I was never notified that my watch was complete, and upon arrival, the employee attempted to charge me AGAIN. This place is disorganized, and the staff is poorly trained.

The associates spend so much time with 1 customer & I get it, they want the sale but they need to learn how to help multiple customers at one time. And they are so RUDE ... never greet you when you walk in, just look at you & look away. I've been in 3 times and twice had to walk out due to super long waits (10+ minutes) without anyone even acknowledging me. The last time I went in I was doing a return & the associate had an attitude and was rude because I didn't want her to tighten the jewelry I just wanted a refund. Will never patronize this Kay's ever again.
